It's a good, fun game where you do parkour as a dinosaur, either in a race or just alone. The game itself is fun, and the core concept is decent, but I have some criticism: 1. The game gets boring fast, by that I mean that it's repetitive, would be better if there were different gamemodes. 2. Some of the powerups are really bad, like the umbrella, cause it makes you fall so slow that it's annoying. 3. Sometimes the powerups activate themselves automatically and sometimes you gotta click them, it's annoying that they activate automatically while I'm mid-air because then I just fall into the lava, especially on the jumps where you gotta be precise with your landing. At the very least make it consistent, so that it always does the same thing, and not sometimes activates automatically and sometimes don't. 4. The cosmetic item's take way too long to get, and the paid ones are way too expensive, it would be more justifiable if the game was more fun, as the game is right now, it's really not worth grinding in. 5. The rewards for winning races against other players are way too low, the highest I've gotten is 3 emeralds. 6. There is no way, as far as I know that you can get amber for free, and I know no one that is willing to pay for cosmetics in a dinosaur parkour game, also amber is kinda overpriced. 7. Sometimes there are jumps which are almost impossible, and that sucks, especially when you're close to beating your high score. And sometimes the dangerous things are a little bit hard to spot or are in very awkward positions. That was all, sorry for my bad grammar. Overall I would give this game a 6/10; would not play it a lot, but would be fun to play a round or to once in a while. Also, I like the artstyle :)

downloaded just to beat someone's high score. Mobile game ported to pc. Music made me want to slam my head into a wall 5 minutes in and the mechanics are very primative. Good game for 9 year olds looking for a time passer at the dentist idk. probably injected a bitcoin miner for all i know.

Als erfahrener Spieler muss ich leider sagen, dass Dinoscape eines der schlechtesten Spiele ist, die ich jemals gespielt habe. Das Spiel ist voller Bugs und es scheint, dass die Entwickler keine Anstrengungen unternommen haben, um sie zu beheben. Zum Beispiel verschwinden die Eier einfach und die Währung verschwindet auch ohne ersichtlichen Grund. Das macht das Spiel extrem frustrierend und unbefriedigend. Der Online-Multiplayer-Modus ist ein totaler Reinfall. Es gibt keine anderen Spieler, die man treffen kann, was den ohnehin schon langweiligen Spielverlauf noch langweiliger macht. Es ist traurig zu sehen, dass das Spiel seit 2022 nicht mehr aktualisiert wurde, was bedeutet, dass die Entwickler kein Interesse daran haben, ihre Fehler zu beheben. Die Preise für die Währung sind viel zu hoch und es scheint, dass die Entwickler nur darauf aus sind, Spieler auszunutzen und Geld aus ihnen herauszupressen. Es gibt auch kein Vsync, was bedeutet, dass das Spiel auf einigen Systemen sehr schlecht läuft und unspielbar ist. Alles in allem würde ich Dinoscape nicht empfehlen. Die Mängel des Spiels machen es zu einer schlechten Erfahrung und es ist traurig zu sehen, dass die Entwickler keine Anstrengungen unternehmen, um ihre Fehler zu beheben oder das Spielerlebnis zu verbessern. Meine Empfehlung ist, dieses Spiel zu meiden und sich stattdessen nach besseren Alternativen umzusehen.

Honestly a waste of 50 minutes. This is one of the most mediocre mobile games I've ever played. The platforming is as generic as you can get, the traps aren't the most balanced making a lot of jumps have a really small window you need to learn through trial and error, and I couldn't try online because my connection was magically way worse than any other game I've ever played and no one seemed to be playing.
