Every time you go to the main menu for the game (or change between window/full screen) the game opens the steam overlay and tells you that you need to log into discord to play it. You can close out of the overlay and play the game anyway but that is extremely annoying to try to force users to log into discord through the steam overlay for no reason.
No I will not join your discord
Everytime you go to the menu of this game it prompts you to sign into discord from the steamoverlay. Gameplay is decent other then that

One of the most infuriating games I think I have ever played. Annoying music. Terribly responsive controls. Same old dead idea repeated yet again. This game brings nothing new to the table, and for that matter, it only brings in something that I think most people are tired of seeing. 0/10
Not so much as a game but a scam or pyramid scheme. I own the game yet they won't let me play it until I pay them another dollar.
Devs... How lonely are you? What was the point of putting in my Humble key to get a screen telling me to join the dev's discord or pay a buck for the game? If you end up with this piece of trash in your library by accident, like I did, at least you can feel satisfaction in the knowledge that you can farm the cards from it by just letting it sit at the screen demanding you join their discord.
I know it's removed, but I feel obligated to leave a review, because this game was good. Last level set was pixel-perfect nonsense, but game was good. ;p
https://youtu.be/K-aXq4yQubQ Well crafted levels are less enjoyable due to a lack an ability to predict the dimensional changes. Far to much gameplay relies on blind faith or forced failure to learn levels.
Dimension Jump is a...fine puzzle platformer. But it doesn't really feel like it brings much to the flooded genre, and in general could use some more all-around polish. For example, when I put the game in Fullscreen mode, it only goes into...quarter-of-the-screen mode. I'd put lots of other puzzle platformers ahead of this one on your to-play list.
I played better structured, more interesting and involving games in 1989. The dev obviously played all the 8bit puzzle games from the DOS era and decided to grace the world with another pointless turd. Waste of time both for the player and the developer. Simple, talentless and pointless title..
