A fast-paced, minimalist bullet hell where dying makes you stronger. Originally made for a game jam, now polished and released as a free standalone.
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. Copies below reflect the player base, not paid sales.

About
You’re a circle. Everything else wants you gone.
But every time you die, you leave something behind — a glowing shield, a permanent upgrade, a memory of failure turned into a tool for survival.
Die. Upgrade. Try again.
In this neon-lit bullet hell, every death creates a persistent upgrade that stays on the battlefield — blocking bullets, shaping new strategies, and gradually turning chaos into rhythm.
This is a small, free game I made during a game jam.
I liked the vibe, so I decided to polish it up and share it here on Steam. It’s short, weird, and (hopefully) satisfying. No microtransactions, no fluff — just you, the shapes, and the bullets.

"Die. Respawn. Repeat." is a laughably bad (and objectively failed) bit of insincerely made Game Jam junk that was dumped on Steam for profit... never okay. It's a minimalist, real ugly looking bullet hell game with a gimmick that dying gives you a power up. The irony is that uninstalling this game powers up your entire life. So this looks like an old 1990's Adobe Flash game that you might play in a web browser, and the problem there is obviously Steam wasn't intended to try compete with Chrome and Firefox. If it can be done in a web browser, it's not even close to a cutting edge PC gaming experience. That's a problem. This is not a sincerely made product, it was made for a game jam, which is a problem. It was done in a constrained period of time; professional game development takes years of effort from teams of talented and qualified people. A "game" slapped together in a weekend by an amateur simply isn't going to have any value for gamers, and that plays out clearly with this shovelware. Also, products created in game jams were never intended for gamers, they exist only to stroke the ego of amateur developers who can't get a real job in the industry. When developers, especially untalented ones, put themselves before gamers, garbage like "Die. Respawn. Repeat." is the inevitable result. It's improper for shovelware like this to be published through Steam Direct, because it's harmful. This half-baked, rushed, non-professional product, not designed for gamers, is taking up space on the Steam store that should be given over to genuine, talented developers who do the right thing and make fully developed, not rushed products for gamers. This makes it harder for gamers like you and me to find these genuinely made products. The graphics here are particularly awful, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking games on Steam. Quite an accomplishment. It's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. You're expected to pay up $1 USD to unlock content through DLC purchases. The game should not be considered completely unlocked until you empty your wallet for the developer. This is misleading and predatory pricing on a product falsely marketed as "free". Charging money for game jam crap is an offense to everyone. In terms of public reception, this failed. There's over 130 million unique gamers visiting Steam every month. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 2 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? What's the verdict? This is a "nope". While it won't necessarily cost you money, the time and hard drive space it requires could be better invested in one of the many higher-quality alternatives on Steam.

A fun little game with an interesting concept, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.
Игра **Die. Respawn. Respawn.
Nostalgic feel, loved it! The F1 level player speed increase was neat and fun. Special thanks for the music, props to the composer!
would play this game more if there was more levels checking out the dlc
