Devil in the Details - Uncensored

Averagely bad, might be the most fitting short description of this game. The visual style is not horribly bad, but very simple and average ... The looks of the images are slightly above self tought amateurs and on the very lower end of professional artists. There are also very few and unimaginative "adult" scenes, basically you go from nothing to sex on every route without any kisses foreplay or whatever in there. There are 3 major routes in this game and a fourth minor one (the sister of one of the major routes). Achieving to finish at least one route on each playthrough is quite simple, but going to finish each route in one playthough is quite hard, because there is no real logical choice, but only trial and error to achieve this. That said, the characters have little to no story and are quite unremarkable. The text itself seemed to have been translated to english from another language. There are some errors in it or strange expressions, but its okay and tolerable, I have had far far far worse experiences when it comes to translation. That said, dont go for this game, if you are into more story rich expiriences, because it will disappoint in that aspect. If you are in it for the lewd, browsind deviant art is a far better and cheaper experience ...

[h1][b]Devil In The Details - Well, this is interesting, i suppose[/b][/h1] [b]DISCLAIMER:[/b] First off all, i have already played another Dharker studio VN that has the same art style as this called Army Gals and it is one of the best VN's i have read. I really enjoyed it, and since this VN not only has the same artstyle but also a character that originally appeared in the Army Gals VN, who is the best girl by the way, i am going to treat this VN the same way i treated Army Gals and compare them side by side. [h1]Story[/h1] You are walking home one day in the park and suddenly gets stabbed and almost dies but a succubus comes and saves you. As a result you are now in debt to her, and the only way to repay her is by conjuring 3 demons that all reside in three different girls. Surprised? You shouldn't be. Your job is to conjure these demons and the only way you can do that since you are a succubus is....yes you guessed it. [h1]Grammar[/h1] The grammar throughout the entire VN was rather good. I only found one typo and it wasn't even a typo, it was just a word that was missing from the rest of the sentence. Overall it had nice grammar...thankfully. [h1]Length[/h1] If you only play through it once then the game can be finished in about an hour so it is really short for the price, but if you want to get all the routes and all the endings and 100% the game then you are probably looking at about 3-4 maybe 5 hours. [h1]Visuals[/h1] This has the exact same artstyle as Army Gals which is a great thing because i loved the artstyle in Army Gals and i love the artsyle in this. It's just really unique and really pleasant to look at. [h1]Conclusion[/h1] Overall the VN is nice enough, a bit pricey i must say, but if you can get it on sale i would recommend you get it. It's an enjoyable read, and as much as a lot of the choices you get in the VN are purely guess based and nothing else, i still thought it was alright.

The Protagonist, Allan, is a male college student who is mugged and mortally wounded in a park. He is revived by a lovely woman, Akame, who happens to be a Succubus demon. In return for her saving him, Allan has to agree to a “contract” with the Devil with certain “details”. It's simple, but perhaps not easy. All Allan must do is seduce 3 of the most poular Girls in the college in order to remove evil Demons that have possessed them. Failure is NOT an option ! Success will enable Allan to become a full-fledged Incubus ! Anything less ... Some thoughts: 1) Avoid if you are a 100% Completionist; 4 broken Achievemnets 2) Decent game 3) Choices matter 4) Multiple endings 5) Definitely 18+, uncensored scenes. DitD appears to be [b]“abandonware”[/b] in that Dharker Studios has failed to respond to gamers about “broken” Achievements. DitD has 32 Steam achievements, but only 28 can be completed. One gamer looked into the program coding and determined that 4 of the achievements have faulty logic equations. Dharker has remained silent on the problem for several years.

The reason i cannot recomend this game is for 2 points.Point one the game does not give enough time to explore each girl without a perfect run.Point 2 the art while not being bad can be found better in free games.

There is not really much to the game. You go through each day trying to seduce each girl but other than that the story is very lackluster and not interesting. Art is fine but nothing great. Audio is forgettable and there is no voice acting so nothing to say on that part. Sex scenes are also forgettable. After going though to one ending which does not take very long you will see the same stuff a lot to get the others. If you can get the game for 75% if not more off it might be worth it but it is not worth the full asking price.

Its okay ish, the art style is okay for the most part but its short and kind of boring to get through.

a good Visual Novel. can recommend it. some anser options to choose. cute girls. a couple of cool clothes. also a couple of sex scenes. everything is uncensored, what do you want more. the price of this game is in offer for -50% alright.

i don't think this is one of their best visual novels. its pretty mediocre actually. its very short to get all of the endings and see all of the pictures minus one. i followed a guide and it didn't unlock the last one. the writing felt like they weren't fully there. scenes went pretty quickly so you didn't really feel close to any of the characters. a lot of dead end choices as well. music was meh. artwork was moderate. wait for it to be on sale.

Following the previous title "Army Gals", and with pictures of one of the secondary characters from that game in the screenshots, this seemed like it'd be a good buy. However, while Army Gals had a compelling and fleshed out story, with plenty of choices and a dozen or so, Devil in the Details steals its basic premise from Highschool DxD, while providing a comparatively linear experience and only 5 endings. The game itself is also extremely short (I managed to get 3 of the endings in under 2 hours). It's not like Dharker Studio can't produce good games, it's just that this isn't one of them. If you haven't already, go pick up Army Gals. But give this one a miss.

Playing this game is like taking a multiple choice test you didn't study for. There's no voice acting and story is both bad and thankfully short. Avoid.
