Tentative thumbs up. (Edit: nope! See the end for why...) This is fully of jagged edges, like: [olist] [*]You get thrown right into things when you open the game. You don't have a moment to figure out the controls or explore the interface before you're faced with the first enemies, not even a "Press Start" screen. [*]There doesn't seem to be a way to scroll the map up and down, so once you unlock more space that can fit on screen your only option to make use of it is to change the game's scale... which quickly makes the interface too small to read. [*]Because towers and map upgrades come up in linear order, there's not a lot of strategic freedom; you get what you're given, and it's not much. [*]It's really unclear how exactly upgrades get unlocked; I think you just have to kill enough enemies? [*]It's also not really clear how buying upgrades for individual towers works. Do they get more powerful with each purchase, or only when the green bar fills up? How much stronger do they get each time? How much damage to towers do relative to each other at a given level? Am I better to focus on one tower, or spread my upgrades evenly? The game doesn't give me enough information to answer any of this... [*]The damage curve of your weapons, at least in my experience, is completely whack. Early on, your towers will easily one-shot everything, but by the end they'll fall far behind what's needed to kill the enemies in anything like a reasonable time. Enemies WILL be chomping on the fence for a minute at a time by the end (and, as above, there isn't really any strategic space to explore here). But that's not a big problem, because... [*]The fence appears to be invincible? I'm pretty sure there's no actual way to lose. [*]
The "final upgrade" doesn't actually give you the final upgrade. You'll finish the game with one upgrade never picked.
[*]Oh, and; if you carry on into the post-game, depending on your choices, performance TANKS to single FPS.
I built about 8 more prism lazer towers, and apparently that's too much to handle. A relatively massive map like this, and an engine that can't handle a dozen-ish towers? What's even the point?
[/olist] The saving grace here is that this is very short. Half an hour is more than enough to reach the end, and not long enough that the rough edges here will be frustrating. So, yes; tentatively, thumbs up; give it a go, just don't expect this to be your new obsession. Edit: Also, I think it keeps running some process in the background once you've "quit" it; I was well into the post-game at 30 minutes and closed it about then, I definitely didn't have it running for another 7 hours! That's... suspicious enough that I'm making this a thumbs-down.

I just beat the game. While playing this, I realized that one day I will die, and there possibly will never be anything after this life. An eternity of nothing. But if I die and this game pops up, I will surely lose all sanity.
10/10, would lose all sense of time again.
3/10 free and an easy 100% achievements almost nothing here tho
This is a nicely made tower defense that sits on a quarter of the monitor, leaving plenty of space for other things you may be doing while playing. There is the ability to shoot enemies directly with your mouse cursor or rely on the defenses you have placed. Ужасный TD.
Doesn't work past last upgrade.
