ABSOLUTE PEAK BRO I can't stop playing this game bro these puzzles are so fun and challenging and I'm only half way through the game and I lwk got scared during the chase scene

A captivating mystery with a wide variety of puzzles, all set in a nostalgic digital environment. I basically wasn't able to stop playing once I started, and that says a lot, but there are a few things I wish would've been implemented differently. The main thing, that both adds to the immersion but also sometimes poses a problem, is the limitations of the hint function - when asked for help Pizarro only explains functions within the UI and sometimes it's impossible to get unstuck without looking up a guide online (which ultimately breaks the immersion even more). I also wish the three stories had a little more depth and more lore to discover to flesh out the characters, but regardless of that Desktop Explorer is still very much worth playing.

Es una historia algo cruda que te la cuenta de una manera algo imaginativa. Es verdad que algunas cosas no se dejan entender, ya sea por la traducción o porque no se entiende bien que ha pasado. Los puzzles están muy bien y alguno que otro te tienes que estrujar mucho la cabeza, también está el tema de la traducción que puede fallar en entenderlo, pero esta muy bien planteado todo.

I have found few pieces of art whose medium reflects meaning quite as well as this game does. Everything about the way you progress through the puzzles and the story is integral to understanding the message, and it *feels* intentional and well designed. The pacing is excellent––this is not a short game, which I personally really enjoy, and every stage is varied enough (and compounds) so it doesn't get boring or tedious, just rewarding. And even just the attention to detail is astounding. It feels like a game created by people who love to turn over every rock to see what's hidden beneath them. Some of the solutions were so clever and strangely vindicating that I found myself grinning at the sheer originality of it all. Every. Detail. Matters. There was a moment at the beginning of one of the stages when it occurred to me what kind of game I was truly playing, and I remember opening up a note file to gush about how brilliant the storytelling mechanics were––I couldn't contain myself. I recently watched "Obsession," and I remember having discussions with friends about what was truly the cause for the events of the movie (what kind of supernatural entity might've taken the reigns, so to speak), and we couldn't come to a neat conclusion because your perspective shifts as you progress and learn more. I had a similar experience while playing this. I went into it expecting nothing more than a solid desktop mystery, eventually formed an initial "suspicion" of sorts as I realized how the mechanics were shifting, and finally realized that, not only were my predictions incorrect, they were borderline insulting to the actual amount of depth present in the narrative... To avoid spoiling anything, all I'll say is that the best reward of the game is the knowledge you gain from playing it... I will also take this time to gush over the incredible sound design and music. Every song choice contributed spectacularly to the atmosphere, and I regret that The Sweaters aren't a real band I can jam out to. Gahhhhhh, I can't get over how in love I am with this game!!!!!!!!

Excelente juego. Los puzzles son muy creativos y nunca se vuelven frustrantes, la historia es interesante y la banda sonora es increíble. Sin duda en mi top juegos indies del año, si te gusta este estilo de juego, lo vas a disfrutar muchisimo. PD: también cabe destacar que la traduccion al español es PERFECTA, lo cual para este estilo de juego no suele ser el caso y me sorprendio mucho. Gracias devs :)
