This game was one extremely pleasant surprise after another. The “Retro Computer UI and software” game design does an excellent job of both capitalizing on it’s concept to maintain a chilling and compelling aesthetic while still providing fun gameplay and extremely satisfying puzzles. I hope it gets broad recognition and popularity, it certainly deserves it. It filled a perfect niche in retro horror games combined with detective puzzle games.
I've been watching this game's development for the last two years after playing their first demo and it has been worth the wait. I just finished the first "user profile" of the game and I'm so hooked they're gonna be calling me Halibut. The way the puzzles keep constantly challenging both your knowledge of nonlinear thinking and your knowledge of how the game's Next OS works kept every puzzle feeling fresh and interesting. Nothing so far has made me think any of the solutions were cheap or using any kind of moon logic. I always had all the tools I needed. The story is also really good so far. It's just finally starting to build up at the time of writing but there's enough hooks going that I'm really excited to see where it goes. Man I really hope it sticks the landing but it's given me no indication that it's gonna cheap out at the end. Even in the brief three hours I've spent with it, I have no trouble giving this game a whole hearted recommendation. If you like horror, puzzles that play with your knowledge of computers, and intriguing stories, you will not go wrong here.
Great mechanics, plenty of clues for puzzles both overt and subtle, and a nice storyline. Well worth the price of admission.
great game
Went in not expecting much, but it ended up having truly fun and fascinating puzzles that never got boring (Even if I got annoyed... I can't fault the puzzles because all the puzzles that confused me I was confused of my own stupidity lmao... I can't count ig.) ALso this game has a genuinely really unique storyline for this genre that was very relatable and hit close to home.
Tricky but fun puzzles, interesting story, and satisfying ending.
I bought the game expecting a fun puzzle experience with some unique horror twists. I stayed for the gut wrenching story that unfolds throughout all of that. 11/10. What the ♥♥♥♥.
牛逼!!! 不玩后悔一辈子!!! 满分中文适配,翻译很有心
