Demons Roots

I don't usually write reviews, but after finishing this game i felt the need to. I was told this game had a good story despite being an adult game. I was skeptical but finally decided to give it a chance. It started interesting and got better and better as i played. I am now sitting here recommending this to others as the ending rolls around in my head. The story is great, the characters are great and the music is great. The battle system isn't anything special, but it works and isn't clunky. It gets the job done. All the adult scenes can be skipped. Many are optional and those that appear in the main story are there to contextualize the brutality of the world. Whether you ignore the adult aspects or not, It is worth a play. Especially if you want a break from the usual shounen based jrpg storylines.

For a small RPG maker game, the story was amazing, the characters were cool too! I almost teared up during certain parts... the game does have forced lose situations which I hate because you can win some scripted loss battles but oh well. I really do recommend this game and King Exit if you can still get it somewhere..

已经没法忘记波琉卡了，披着不择手段也要征服世界的皮，实际是为了所有弱者和败者的解放，心里比谁都更在乎他人的安危，行动上比谁都先向不幸的人伸出援手。 游戏性相比ke有进步，除ex迷宫外的主线中取消了暗雷，可以用走位规避一些战斗，但成倍增加的体量还是不免会疲倦，好在有几场战斗的音乐和演出令人满足，稍微坐点牢也值得了。 剧情中感动的时刻实在很多：否定预言的约定、绝望中吟唱的花之诗、结晶苏醒后的再会......我真的很喜欢这些又燃又泣的故事。 结局颇有争议，但我觉得是非常合理且真实的，故事没有简单停留在“皆大欢喜”的童话结局，而是处处强调普通人付出的代价与不断滋生的仇恨种子。她们拼尽全力推翻了上层建筑，但却根本没有机会和时间将革命成果制度化，于是在面对阶级和种族这样复杂的问题时，动荡和冲突难以避免。（即使情感上还是没那么容易接受，但不会感到空虚，这段过程已经足够充实）

哎呦我操，这个涉黄了吧！但是里面角色不如迷你世界的花小楼好看，特别是绿毛的那个长得像洋葱

It's funny how RPG maker games feel like they have more heart and soul put into them because of the graphical and gameplay limitations of the engine they're made in. This game is too good. Please play it if you have any interest in it and get the uncensored patch because Steam has the game censored by default so you miss out on content in the game. You can also just turn the hentai stuff off if you don't wanna engage with it outside of some parts of the story where it comes up to help develop a character.

Flower, oh flower... Story was crazy good until time/dimension traveling robots appeared and made it just crazy. Sometimes less is more. Which is ironic, considering that the ending is impressively elegant.

Definitely recommend this game if you want a good RPG experience with a good story.

I might be wrong but i believe the game is telling me that slavery is bad its very subtle. Now being serious demon roots is really good the characters are great the story has some really high points with boss battles that can be difficult enough that they are engaging all tied with music that really helps the flow of the game. I think Ange and Kalinka stand out as early companions both in the story and usefulness in combat they became my favourites all the way to the end. It was all worth it for Deathpolca's smile

以下评论包含剧透 [spoiler] 只能说我确实不该抱着侥幸和期待一直玩到结束，作为一个jrpg黄油，游玩过程确实让人耳目一新，是的有喜有忧有笑有泪，可惜你依然不能预判它结尾给你来一坨大的，现在细想可能还是我图样图森破了，这个过程就有藏不住的味，居然还妄想着哦这是糖，首先安洁那段背刺就挺突兀的，属实给人整麻了，不过随着剧情推进倒也能强行自我和解，到此基本也能预见些许悲剧基调。 作为洋葱，我和我的队友一路上披荆斩棘，屡次在危机时刻创造奇迹扭转局势，是的这是英雄史观，你沿着这个路线一直发展当然很好，结果呢？后期搁这强行逆转是何意味？恕我对这种割裂不能理解。一路上的艰难险阻，心路历程更让人深知这个胜利的不易，结果呢？你会惊喜的发现你的所作所为宛如小丑，拼尽全力迎来当头一棒，对的我改变了也没改变，嗯英雄死在黎明。哎，世界线收束。哎，为后铺路。 至此我还能说什么呢？你还是忘不了你那个破b书，以及感谢机械降神救世主大人送来的刀子，我洋葱不得不服。[/spoiler] 打完二周目后又去补了ke，重新审视了一下，我觉得是去掉h部分也值得一玩的佳作，不过也暴露出了直接单独玩本作可能观感变差等问题，建议配合ke食用。至于差评，嗯权当情绪发泄了。 [spoiler] 最后致敬两代传奇背锅王古依奈，孩子们我来救世了 [/spoiler]

这个游戏的剧情相当于绝地潜兵世界光能族推翻超级地球解放被真理部束缚公民，战锤世界泰伦虫族解放泰拉被高领主压迫的百姓，你说这么设计不行那倒也不是，只是不管现实还是别的游戏都告诉你一个道理：非我族类其心必异，不喜欢强行洗白反派的就不要玩了
