This is just Slay The Spire but without everything that makes it fun. The models don't feel immersive, the UI looks... bad, and the entire game lacks any kind of balancing. Waste of time, don't even bother.

7/10 It isnt very hard. Artwork and theme are nice. Some of the ideas behind the game play seem cool but needed more throughput, ie possession needs more options and wider array of unique abilities would be nice and encourage more play throughs. A compelling storyline would also go a long way. BUT the fact its FREE hell ya! dig in!
Well, it's free... but it gets very boring after the first 30 minutes or so
If you want to play Slay the Spire but free, this is fine? It has a couple unique concepts, particularly the Possession mechanic, but it desperately needs polish, and it steals so many effects and relics verbatim except for a name change that it's basically the same game with slightly worse graphics and SIGNIFICANTLY worse UI, to the point it is borderline impossible to read. Additionally, there are multiple cards that seem to be nigh identical to each other. If this game gets remade to be more of its own thing, I'd love to see it, but right now, it's more of a work-in-progress, incomplete version of Slay the Spire than its own game.
I'll recommend it because it's free. You probably aren't going to want to play it more than once, but there's no harm in playing it once as a playthrough isn't that long. It's a very simple Slay the Spire-like, without much difficulty or deck variety. There are some interesting ideas - possessing other characters changes your appearance, and gives you some of their cards. But without any kind of complexity or difficulty the execution of the idea sadly falls flat. Still worth a shot if you're bored, though.
A bit rough around the edges and offers little content, but is fun and has potential. I like it.
I really like this game. I did not read any "how to play" or tutorials but it was "learning by doing" to figure out what's what and what does it do. In short: It is a deck building game where you can gain more cards by several options (fighting, at questionmark when offered, in shops or at the towns). You have to fight and defendy yourself by using these cards. I loved to play it because it was so much fun. I tried to shop some items which helped me in my fights. Also I love to have the stronger contrahents during my way to the boss (dragon symbol). It was fun and with a lot of choices how to get to the boss. During the game it becomes harder and harder with you opponents but you will gain more power due to your items, more HP or better deck with more cards. I really love the 0-cards and all the different possibilities by items, cards and so on. From my perspective it is a good game to have some fun. Please keep moving forward!!! :-) Thanks for let me testing it for free due to early access. To the developers: 1. It's not possible to divide the screen and size the game smaller. Maybe this would be nice. 2. Everytime a new game starts, the volume of sound is on. I don't like any sound in games, so please let this be safed. 3. There is no possibility to safe the game. Please add this option. 4. After 2 whole rounds you have to start a new game. There is no level up more. Please add more levels. 5. Please also add a tutorial and description of the signs, wording and how does it do. I have not figured out what does the garlic do in the game. There are also red, blue and purple frames around the card, please give them a short explaination. 6. I am German, but can read and understand English. A language choice would be awesome. 7. The icons on the top is after more than 1 level "too full" that I was not able to see my health points (HP) and the gold on the one hand and my "pocket" full of icons and what they do on the other hand, cause the icons are over it and left unseen on the left side. Please get here a better layout for 1 row of the items and 1 for HP and gold.
So I played a quick round of this game, aka through one boss and called it good. And honestly yeah its a pretty decent game, it also has its fair share of issues, one of them being there is no quit button, so while not really a huge issue, its certainly not great. I really enjoyed the game as its still a nice roguelite (I don't play many so I don't know the bar of quality) so it feels like it could do well. Just has some bugs and issues that aren't game breaking, but can make things less enjoyable if they don't get fixed. And if anything, its free you can easily download it, spend an hour or less trying it yourself to decide if this is a game for you to enjoy more. Some things I noticed, bugs, uncertainty, and other: BUG Cards sometimes stay on screen when you use it, until the end of your turn. I noticed it usually happens when you use a card you have multiples of (or at least the deal 10 heal 10 card) as it discards the one in your hand and not the one you were trying to play UNSURE Not sure what Energy, Strength of Dexterity does. BUG The Energy Artifacts that say "Gain 1 energy" don't seem to do anything, or maybe they do randomly I had 3 "gain 1 energy" artifacts and sometimes I'd have a round with 4 out the base 3, and sometimes I would have 5 energy. So I don't know if those artifacts are just meant for a chance to have extra energy but it isnt worded well, or is bugged. Unsure/BUG The Lion's Emblem seems to only boost the first attack each encounter. If this is intentional it seems strange and needs reworded. Unsure/Bug Rapid Strike seems to only deal damage based on the previous round, not from the entire battle. This could just be another case of it needing reworded, as "things" that do damage based on the previous round are fairly common in things so I can understand thats what it was going for. Those were just some bugs and questions I had from that quick 35 minute run or something.
