Dear me, I was...

An emotional short story paired with beautiful, watercolour inspired art and lovely soundtrack. Works very well with the mouse, which isn't too suprising considering the Switch 2 version supports mouse mode, but you never know how well console-first titles are going to handle it. I recommend playing in a single sitting; the length is just right for the pacing of the story, any more would have dragged it out. Definitely not a game for people who dislike short titles or those with minimal gameplay.

[h2] Dear me, I was...：用一小时走完一个人的一生 [/h2] 先说结论，本作全程无任何文本对白，依靠水彩美术、转描动画与氛围配乐完成叙事，讲述了一位女性从童年至暮年的完整人生，偏向写意抒情与生命感悟，是一款重氛围感的艺术向短篇游戏。 游戏以无声影像串联起女主的一生，温柔铺展人生里的关键节点：童年安稳的家庭日常、父亲离世带来的离别与伤痛、少年时期与同性挚友相伴的绘画时光、争吵走散后的遗憾、邂逅摄影师的心动与擦肩而过的爱恋、猫咪带来的短暂慰藉、中年与旧人重逢的释然，以及接连面对离别最终与年少故人再度相遇的留白结局。 全篇没有直白的台词与文字注解，剧情解读依靠画面细节与意象隐喻，亲情、爱恋、遗憾、孤独、和解与接纳平凡等主题贯穿全程。叙事风格极度克制，不刻意渲染悲情，也不强行堆砌鸡汤，以淡而舒缓的节奏速写人生百态。可惜的是游戏的篇幅确实有些短，没有深入的去刻画成长过程中各种遭遇，让游戏的各种描写都浅尝辄止，没能更加深入。 不过本作的美术和音乐倒是格外的亮眼，标志性的水彩手绘风格搭配细腻的转描动画技术，笔触柔和细腻，色调随人生境遇冷暖切换，用色彩变化暗示角色心境起伏。从年少明快的暖调，到低谷压抑的冷色，再到晚年沉静柔和的画面质感，可谓是一情一景，尽收眼底。此外音乐也是一绝，大量舒缓的纯音乐贯穿游戏全程，十分贴合当前人生境遇，可以说本作在没有文字的情况下依旧十分动人的原因就在于出色的美术和音乐。 总的来说，本作是一款视听满分的短篇作品，虽然在内容量上稍有不足，但瑕不掩瑜，用心去品味就能体会属于她人生中的温暖。 [quote] 奏游戏之乐章，品人生之绚烂 [url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/45672460/]欢迎加入 『 丰川集团 』[/url] [u][b]以丰川集团之名，行评测鉴赏之事[/b][/u][/quote]

This is less of a game and more of an experience, a picture book that occasionally remembers that its technically a game and should get the player to actually do something, in this games case, this is not a bad thing at all. A very beautiful story that made me cry, very short at about 45 minuets but the steam page description doesn't hide the short length of the story, and honestly, it doesn't need to be any longer than it already is, the story presents itself perfectly with the time it blesses us with its presence, With no dialogue the movements of the characters and the detailing of the colours used (or lack thereof in some scenes) really makes the art shine, you can tell that the artist worked on the Hotel Dusk games as they all have the same scratchy pencily animation that really brings them to life. The soundtrack is phenomenal, it is masterfully used scene by scene to really sell the impact of the moment happening and the end credit music is a masterpiece. The story itself, I will admit to getting lost at certain points, but I am a bit thick when it comes to nuance sometimes, but really thinking about it and watching our nameless characters life go by really makes think about the deeper meanings of the relationships we have with others and also mourning what could have been if we made different decisions. 100/10 game, play it blind if you can as the first watching of this story will give you the full emotional impact of it.

10 de 10 La historia es contada a través de lindos dibujos en acuarela y un soundtrack que acompaña de forma perfecta cada momento. A pesar de que es corto (menos de 1 hora), logra transmitir nostalgia, alegría y tristeza sin necesidad de diálogos.

大人向けのデジタル絵本、という趣。 エンドクレジット序盤の演出だけが苦手でしたが、それ以外はよくまとまっていたのではないでしょうか。 決して美しさだけではない、人間臭さを求めている方に向いていると思います。
