About
This is a free introductory version of the full-game Deadwater Saloon. Play the first month-and-a-half of the in-game time, build your saloon, and watch and interact with the town as it starts to grow.
Playing as a rich and dynamic character in the old west, you will be able to fully customize your attributes to fit your playstyle, such as Mixology, Seduction, and Sneakiness. You will manage your life as well as your saloon, such as maintaining your reputation and getting married. You will struggle with the effects of disease, aging, sanity, and addictions.
Provide travellers with a distinct drink parlour, gaining legendary stories to regale and build your legend. Interact with townspeople as they populate the town, forging friendships with blacksmiths, sheriffs, and preachers, romance prospective partners, or blackmail, abduct, and murder those who threaten you.
Build your saloon from the ground up. Expand the walls, build bordellos, opium dens, high stakes gambling rooms, and railed porches. Buy and place spittoons, tables, chairs, handcrafted bars, pianos, chandeliers, and diamond dust mirrors.
Thrive within a complex economy system, stockpiling booze, food, guns, and opium. Research a diverse array of drinks and foods to serve customers. Hire and manage staff from within the town populace, including barkeeps, cooks, servers, prostitutes, croupiers, pianists and bouncers. Help them reach their full potential, or fire and replace them with those more skilled.
Start with a strip of land and watch as a western town builds up around you, bringing in a myriad of citizens and businesses.
Face the forces of nature, meddlesome customers, firebrand Preachers, rival outlaw gangs, and much more. At some point, you will be tested by stronger and more formidable nemesis in longer event chains. Whatever you choose, you will face the consequences of your choices. The frontier is an unforgiving place.

Met my future wife, got her addicted to sex. I married her, divorced her, and blackmailed her. Then I killed her, and feed her to the pigs. Romanced the piano player working in my saloon, got her addicted to Opium. Was tired of her after awhile so I divorced her, then blackmailed her too. Decided to off her as well and feed her to the pigs. Paid off the sheriff to lower his suspicion. 10/10 Looking for the future Mrs. Pig food.
Its OK, has enough depth to it to be fun by itself, and events break the monotony when you're passing time to see whether your setup works as intended. I dislike that it seems I fail events far more often than I win them, even with probabilities >70%. I am wondering if the actual /option/ adds some hidden bonuses (eg. whether to tell someone off or to listen to them), that are added to the skill check - but game didn't say anything about it. All in all, a very solid management game, with a true wild west spirit. P.S. No room requirements for a bordello, so feel free to just stuff prostitute beds in the middle of your saloon :-D
Before I played Deadwater Saloon Prologue, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
Доволі цікава та приємна гра щоб вбити час
A fun saloon building game with resource management and community relations with events that spice up the game.

Tried to play Demo however you can't tell if game is worth buying. Demo says you can't build anything other than 3 things and you can't do anything other than hire. That's it. Not worth downloading if you can't get a sense of it. Looks like a bad version of SIMS from SIM 2.0 or earlier. Since you can't demo it properly who's to say otherwise. Looks like people like it. I give it a pass from what I noticed many many games cheaper and do same thing.
Played the whole prologue and I was pretty entertained. If you like management games this one is for you. I really enjoyed seeing the town grow, building, and creating a prostitute !! The variety of items you can sell is also pretty detailed. So many recipes to unlock!!! I was really struggling to make connections between workers and keeping the stress down on the owner. Couldn't figure out if the dog was useless or not? Good game though!
Bardzo prosta gra.
Feeling weird when seeing a Chinese owned Opium store in game which in history china was forced to purchase opium cuz of treaties. you know how they hated drugs after that and in this game you're making them a supplier.
