Game won't run properly full-screen. Even with config options, the game runs with a horrific black border around, and does not change on any resolution. Any solutions offered would be great. The game itself is fine, but the port to steam is just hellish. -It is not an issue with it starting in window mode -It IS an issue with it starting with a giant black border around the game so it's still technically windowed.
