Super cute little football game. You can play as animal teams! (Chickens GO!) Its simple and quick fun! lovely ui and awesome effects and a very cool replay feature!
First it started easy but later its quite hard. In the beginning I also often lost sight of my character, but this got better over time. Graphics are ok, music is funky. Hoping for more content!
Game looks good, and the music is amazing! I’ve never played a sports/football game before and have only dabbled in single-player mode for a couple of hours. However, I’m really looking forward to playing with friends (local multiplayer). I can imagine it would be a lot of fun! *Note: PS4 and Switch Pro controllers are somewhat problematic. The Xbox controller works just fine.
It is a lot of fun, even if you are not a soccer fan. The soundtrack is addictive and the multiplayer modes are amazing and unexpected for such a small team.
Dash Cup Kickers is a nicely polished and furiously cute couch multiplayer sports game. It's kind of like Rocket League, but without cars !? * The graphics are high quality, bright and friendly, the animals are cutesy and well-animated, and I think the lighting and color grading is what really sets this game apart. It just feels so rich and bold! The menus feel solid and polished, too; everything has a high quality feel. Controller setup was a breeze, because the game not only allows to auto-detect your controller types, you can also just quickly tell it to treat all your controllers as XBox, PlayStation, or Switch controllers. That makes mixed setups much easier to read (where you have a few 360 and XBone controllers on one machine, for example). I didn't have the chance yet but I think with Steam remote play, this might easily be streamworthy for an hour or so to show off some good fun with friends to the world! * ... ok, I shamelessly misappropriated this quote from a talk about the game Videoball (which is in the same genre as Dash Cup Kickers!). I could never be as funny as Tim Rogers.
