Run a dark-fantasy shop where the customers bite. Stock shelves, set prices, and let the grime build up, because your clientele prefers it filthy. Plagues and war bands reshape the market overnight. Raise zombie staff, unlock a forge and alchemy lab, and keep a hammer under the counter.

About

Step behind the counter of your own emporium, where adventurers, alchemists, and creatures of uncertain allegiance come to spend their gold. You set the prices, stock the shelves, and manage whatever walks through the door. Whether anyone leaves satisfied is largely up to you.
Order from a network of shadowy suppliers, fill your shelves before the doors open, and serve a clientele that ranges from desperate to dangerous. Open when you're ready, close when you've had enough. Nobody tells you what to sell or what to charge. Push your prices to the edge of what the market will bear, refuse a customer, ignore a supplier. The shop answers to you and no one else.
Blood, grime, and things you'd rather not identify build up on the floor as the days pass. Good. Your customers are not the sort who want a clean shop. The filthier the emporium, the more at home they feel, and the longer they linger over your shelves. Anyone who came here expecting a tidy storefront wandered into the wrong establishment.
Thieves slip items into their coats the moment your back is turned. Confront them yourself or let your guard zombie deal with it. Strange travelers arrive between shop days with requests you may regret accepting, and the occasional bulk buyer empties an entire shelf in one visit, for better or worse.
Now and then something comes through the door that will not be reasoned with. It thrashes through your shop, scatters your stock, and drives off paying customers. Reach for the hammer under the counter and settle it the direct way. Nobody is calling the guard, and the guard would not come.
Plagues spike demand for medicine. War bands drain your weapon stock in days. A witch-hunter edict turns a shelf of potions into contraband nobody will touch. These are not small daily price wobbles, they reshape the whole economy, and you get warning before each one arrives. Rumors reach the shop first. Stockpile ahead of the crowd and you make a fortune. Guess wrong and you are sitting on a room full of goods nobody wants.
Your shop starts small, but locked chambers wait behind every door. A cave of ingredients. A fog-shrouded swamp. A graveyard with its own supply line. A forge for weapons and an alchemy lab for potions. Unlock rooms, arrange shelves and furniture to build your reputation, and raise zombie employees to handle the work you can't cover alone.
Serve enough customers and survive enough events, and your fame unlocks better suppliers, rarer recipes, and an ancient Grimoire holding a skill tree of permanent upgrades. The shop you end up with looks nothing like the one you started with.
