디지털 아티스트들의 그림들을 모아놓은 사이버 미술관 여러 명의 디지털 아티스트 / 그래픽 디자이너 / 일러스트레이터들의 작품들을 사이버 건물에 전시해 놓은 "게임" 이다. 말이 게임이지, 사실상 1인칭으로 미술관을 관람하는 것과 같기에 게임에서 느낄 수 있는 재미보다는 현대 미술관 관람한다고 생각하면 편하다. 사실 무료 게임이라 큰 기대를 안 하고 플레이했는데, 갤러리 내 의외로 작품들이 많으며, 디지털 아티스트 별로 방 (미술관에 가면 제 1관, 제 2관처럼 H0 ~ H6 방으로 나누어져 있다.) 이 나누어져 있어 각 아티스트 별로 확실히 색깔이 차이나는 특징을 느낄 수 있으며, (애니 그림체부터 동영상 및 추상적 오브젝트를 매체로 사용한 작품까지 아티스트 별 색깔이 느껴진다.) 그림들의 개수도 적지 않다. 물론 모든 그림이 취향에 맞지는 않을 것이며, 대부분의 그림이 고전 그림처럼 보기 아름답다기보다는 현대 미술처럼 난해한 그림도 많아서 의도치 않은 안구 테러를 당할 수는 있다. 특이하게 몇몇 그림에는 판매한다는 문구가 그림 제목 및 아티스트 이름 밑에 붙어 있는데, 이는 장식이 아니라 실제로 그림을 살 수 있는 것이다 ! 공식 홈페이지 (damagalleria . com) 에 가보면 해당 갤러리에 참가한 아티스트들에 대한 소개도 읽어볼 수 있으며, 이메일이나 인스타그램 메시지를 통해 컨택을 하면 중개인을 통해 양쪽 입장을 조절하여 아트워크를 고유한 것으로 만들고 살 수 있다고 설명이 되어 있다. 개인적으로 게임 내 아주 마음에 드는 그림이 있긴 있었는데, 저번달에 아이작 굿즈를 사느라 돈을 너무 많이 써서 돈낭비를 줄여야 할 것 같아 문의 및 구매는 하지 않았다... 결론적으로, 무료로 기괴한 미술 작품 관람한다고 생각하면 편한 게임. 인스타그램에 의하면 "앞으로 더 큰 무언가를 위한 첫 걸음" 이라 하던데, 앞으로도 이렇게 무료로 특이한 일러스트들을 감상할 수 있으면 좋겠다는 생각이 들었다. 여담) 참고로 이 게임이 "성인 전용" 인 이유는 게임 내 선정적인 내용..... 이 있기보다는 누드로 나오는 인물들이 묘사되어 있는 그림들이 몇몇 있기 때문이다. 무슨 말이냐면, 성인 전용 태그만 보고 야한 거 기대하지 마라....

All that you can do in this “game” is walk around, listen to the background songs, close in on the artwork and read the signs in the wall that give you context about the artist and their art. That’s it. The only two things that I can criticize about this “game” is that it runs really badly. It goes from 120+ FPS on the starting area to less than 30 in some of the more “intense” areas. The second thing that I want to mention is related to the first one and is that the settings are very limited. There is no resolution or sound settings and the only thing that “quality settings” change is make the image more or less blurry. Since this “game” is free, runs poorly and probably won’t take you more than a couple of minutes to explore everything that it has to offer. I think this “game” is not worth your time in its current form. Wait for performance patches. Rating: 4/10 Interesting idea, but the devs need to tune the performance of this “game”.
