Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.86/day in the week to Sep 3 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Wait for the huge sale (more than 20%). If you for some reason dont want to, do not expect this entry to be a better mecha game than Armored Core 6 (considering the price difference).
there are many, many games where, whether you buy them or not, you can rely on steam reeviews. i do that, everyone does that! not this one though. this game rules. it's not armored core 6, it's not nier automata, it's not xenoblade chronicles x, the closest comparison i would make is if binary domain was an jrpg. and it's awesome. if i had the money i would buy it for all my friends. go play this right now.

I hate to admit it but in a lot of ways, this game is proving to be as good as armored core 6, the open world gameplay is a formula I was personally hoping for armored core would follow the open world design this game has proven itself very capable to stand toe to toe with its competitors. I was skeptical when the developers significantly reduced the size of the player's mech, they increased the mobility tenfold, doing manuevers I wouldnt expect from a mech game and even using functions I wouldn't have expected from a mech game like using vehicles being an option. many of the enemies are machine organic hybrids. that use the terrain to get the drop on you even while you can see their general location on the minimap it still gives room for some surprize. a couple of things the game doesn't do well is explaining how to do some things like hacking a tutorial requires you to land on the ground standing in front of the console. how to deactivate any cosmetic item was confusing for far too long where some basic instruction on the bottom or simply having a reset individual body part cosmetics. the start of the game is intencly confusing and intense the moment you escape the lab and I really appreciated being chased down feeling an actual sense of desperation to escape. yes the game slows down as is to be expected in open world games but where it shines is the game giving you time to plan your approach and if all goes well, you end most of your encounters fast or get into one hell of a fight. the game play is probably closer to nier automata but with a lot more explosions. I wont say that the story is all that deep right now with as much progress I've played so far but it kinda reminds me of battle angel alita in a sense.
I had gotten the original Daemon X Machina on Epic Games for free way back when. I had hoped they would've improved in the years since that one. Such hope was in vain. This game is terrible. Once again, dog**** nothingburger storyline that you're going to have to engage with against your will if you actually want to make progress on your machina. Once again, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ RNGsus-reliant loot mechanics. You're still only able to get one drop at a time from an enemy, which pads out what could've been a couple play sessions into needing to be a 9-5 job to get frankly nowhere for no actual sense of achievement. It's all in order to optimize a tailored build against a specific boss so that you can grind them to build another tailored build against another specific boss so that you can grind them to build another... you see where I'm going with this? Whatever you actually want to play doesn't matter. F*** your fun, optimize the build or suffer. But hey, at least the music is still good... when it actually wants to play. For some reason music really just doesn't want to play anywhere outside of base or combat which has made the 'exploration' aspect of the game monotonous. I'm not even complete with the game yet. I doubt I'm even half-way through the story that I have nothing but contempt for with just how awful it is. I'm going to try to crawl through this awful ****show to get to the end anyway because it's been 19+ hours of playtime as of writing this and I cannot issue a refund request. Wait until this game is minimum 30% off if you're going to get it anyway regardless of my and others' warnings. Even then, your experience won't be worth the price.
首先,机甲战魔一定得有机甲,而不是等身装甲,这玩意我们一般叫外骨骼而不是机甲
This game is not like the first game in the series. This game is more like ANTHEM done semi right mixed with some Armored Core. Decent game. Buy it on a sale.
6/10 Story is pretty bad but the music is S tier, combat is solid but nothing close to AC6 and theres too many lore drops in this game which feels weird. World exploration is okay but nothing special. Got it from humblebundle but I originally wanted to buy it for full price on day 1 and I'm glad I didn't
If you like to stuff your meat into a small clanker then this game is for you, if you like it BIG? get the first game.
