Even though I've been over the "...and it's a roguelike!" thing for, I don't know, four years, Pinball of any sort gets a pass. I played the demo yesterday, and saw it was coming out today [thanks, algorithm], so I was happy to grab it for thirteen bucks. It's a fun little pinball game that I am not very good at yet. It reminds me of Pokemon pinball on the GBA, in that it's simple, but in a good way. If I want to battle the Borg, I'll play a real pinball machine; here I'm just dealing damage to pop-bumpers and then killing the same boss in the center of the table a few times.. and then losing before I see what the second table is like. Five stars, because it's a game with good pinball in it. If you make another one, I'll buy it, too. <3

It feels like just a touch more polish would do the game good (especially the controller UI), but the game lives up to the promise of roguelike pinball and it's got a fun loop to it. I like picking curses and blessings to make a build. The first two tables are similar, but have enough to make them distinct they don't feel like a copy paste, and there's a couple more I have yet to try. Lots of difficulties and tables means there's a lot of content to get through in this one!
Заинтересовала идея игры, но по факту игра безумно скучная, советую только по очень большой скидке
First of all let me commend you guys for making a pinball roguelike, really cool idea. Unfortunately this game is not for me, which is a shame because I love pinball and roguelikes. The upgrade system is way too complicated. Tracking 10 different upgrade effects becomes irritating when you need to compare each new item in the shop to everything you have, to decide if it's worth buying the new thing and what should be replaced. Some of the shots don't feel makeable. I did get the 5 degree angle change but I didn't notice any difference (maybe a bug), and the far left/far right special buttons did not seem hittable from any angle off the paddles. Needed to basically hit them by chance. I hit a wall of difficulty. One of the bosses (they all look the same?) I think was called blood lord or something, and my shots were doing seemingly less than 1% damage to him. So I started with a multiball, then had 9 spare balls and just kept blasting him and blasting him but the devour timer kept running out. It became so tedious. I think I went through like 6 timers and I had him down to like 60% health and then just decided that I'd had enough of the game. I also encountered a bug right after the tutorial where the camera zoomed in too much and I couldn't see the flippers. Maybe because I'm playing at 2560x1080. It wasn't a big deal because I prefer static camera anyway. Great concept. Looks cool. table physics feel pretty good. But somehow it didn't come together for me.
Very nice game. I´m really enjoying the visiuals and the gameplay loop.. I mean its PinBall, but with some really cool twists. Worth every Penny. Looking forward to the future development.
Крутая игра, главное следовать советам, как минимум не спамить бездумно флипперами и частенько шатать стол. Очень крутая идея совместить с рогаликом. Потенциал на новые уровни огромный!
Had fun with the demo and bought the game immediately, unfortunately the game keeps crashing every five minutes, which makes it unplayable for me. Pretty disappointing, especially since it's a full release and not early access. It sucks to leave such a review, but even with the auto-save after every boss encounter, the constant crashing takes out all the fun of an otherwise pretty good game so far. I have to also admit though that I don't know how long the available maps would have kept me hooked otherwise - map 3 was a bit frustrating gameplay-wise and I didn't get to unlock the fourth map before giving up due to all the crashes
This is extremely slick and smooth pinball game. Absolutely love it! It has a great tactile like feel and is extremely snappy. If you are even remotely interested in digital pinball grab it!
