It feels like just a touch more polish would do the game good (especially the controller UI), but the game lives up to the promise of roguelike pinball and it's got a fun loop to it. I like picking curses and blessings to make a build. The first two tables are similar, but have enough to make them distinct they don't feel like a copy paste, and there's a couple more I have yet to try. Lots of difficulties and tables means there's a lot of content to get through in this one!
Заинтересовала идея игры, но по факту игра безумно скучная, советую только по очень большой скидке

I played the demo before the release. I was instantly hooked and decided to buy the game right away. This solo developer has had a strong community around him from the start. Since the release, he has been releasing a patch almost every 24 hours to make adjustments based on feedback from people here and on Discord. You can play on difficulty levels ranging from Easy to Wizard, I believe. You unlock these as you progress. The same applies to the 8 different skill balls and the 4 tables. Your progress is saved when you exit the game. After you beat the table in Act 6, you go in Endless mode until Act 30. It's on you to create a good build. It combines the adrenaline of arcade pinball with run altering upgrades and damage scaling reminiscent of Balatro or Vampire Survivors. The Lovecraftian aesthetic creates an atmosphere that is unique, unsettling and cool all at once. The gameplay is incredibly addictive. It runs smoothly on the Steam Deck (endgame unknown). My PC is experiencing frame drops between Act 20-30, it even lowers to 8 fps but changing constantly. (The best thing I could do in endgame, set the graphics settings to the lowest) I saw someone remark that the water map has poor flow. I think that’s a matter of personal preference. So far, this map has given me my most enjoyable play session and best build. One downside I see is that once you’ve found a specific build and are heading towards Act 30 with it, things can become too easy and repetitive... You can still expect a few bugs. I encountered them myself. They range from minor issues like; achievements or the in-game interface, to losing your save file or the game crashing. For instance, I lost my high score after progressing to Act 30. As frustrating as that is... be sure to report these bugs, so the developer can work on fixing them. An epilepsy warning must be issued for this game. This solo developer deserves a shot! Highly recommended if you are a Pinball enthusiast and also enjoy deck-builders. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3783993925
I had a lot of fun and broke the game the moment i realized how things work. My pc crashed and now it hates me. 10/10 would torture my video card again
Very nice game. I´m really enjoying the visiuals and the gameplay loop.. I mean its PinBall, but with some really cool twists. Worth every Penny. Looking forward to the future development.
First of all let me commend you guys for making a pinball roguelike, really cool idea. Unfortunately this game is not for me, which is a shame because I love pinball and roguelikes. The upgrade system is way too complicated. Tracking 10 different upgrade effects becomes irritating when you need to compare each new item in the shop to everything you have, to decide if it's worth buying the new thing and what should be replaced. Some of the shots don't feel makeable. I did get the 5 degree angle change but I didn't notice any difference (maybe a bug), and the far left/far right special buttons did not seem hittable from any angle off the paddles. Needed to basically hit them by chance. I hit a wall of difficulty. One of the bosses (they all look the same?) I think was called blood lord or something, and my shots were doing seemingly less than 1% damage to him. So I started with a multiball, then had 9 spare balls and just kept blasting him and blasting him but the devour timer kept running out. It became so tedious. I think I went through like 6 timers and I had him down to like 60% health and then just decided that I'd had enough of the game. I also encountered a bug right after the tutorial where the camera zoomed in too much and I couldn't see the flippers. Maybe because I'm playing at 2560x1080. It wasn't a big deal because I prefer static camera anyway. Great concept. Looks cool. table physics feel pretty good. But somehow it didn't come together for me.
Big number go up
Pinball and deck builder meet. I'm not a pinball pro but the flippers feel responsive, the balls have decent visibility and responsiveness, and the tables are varied with just enough annoying gravity quirks to really drive that pinball feel home. The roguelike/card elements are integrated well into the mechanics, and allow some delightfully broken builds. Four tables which vary moderately and have a distinctive theme each. It's not entirely bespoke mechanics per table but there's enough variety to keep each fresh. If you want super-realistic pinball simulation, it's clearly not what I'd call a purist's game - but if you want a fun game with an unusual progression system (for pinball) it's worth a pickup.
It nails the mix of accessibility and a surprisingly high skill element for me. While there's some areas that it can be improved upon, what's already there is well worth the price and offers a lot of entertainment! Check this one out if you enjoy "breaking" a rogue-like, as runs can really ramp up in player power if you manage to stack your synergies right.
games great. i love pinball. and i love all this . only real problem is the bugs, but those will clear up over time with your updates. im writing this comment while im stuck on the top pedal of lever 2.i took a screen short but havnt put in on the tab yet. but also its day 2 so you got this and krrp it going im still giving a 7/10 but once the bug fixes happen o boi im finna love it. keep you head up kennymakesgames. this ♥♥♥♥ was out of pocket and you nailed it <3
