The World Union is labeled the 'perfect society'. Prosperity is a science, disease and wars have vanished, sex is entertainment, and the future has never looked brighter. Suddenly this perfect society is rocked by the murder of a World Union citizen in the 'Rogue State' of Russia.

This is almost a perfect point and click adventure. wish it was longer but in fairness it is pretty long for the genre. 2 thumbs up
World is more interesting than plot which doesn't seem to know what to say. Play it to inspect the world. Quite long and more or less logical puzzles. Some kind of time constraint for final points exist. Thumbs up for cameo of Al Bundy.
This was a trip
Very nice adventure game. Great graphics and quests. Minor glitches and here and there navigation can be tedious.

This is a hesitant recommendation, game have its flaws and old, read below please. Culpa Innata is an action game where we control Phoenix in a utopion/dystopian future. We play a peace officer, a detective like position, and try to solve a very unique case for that time period: murder. We talk to people, visit places, solve some puzzles to piece together who killed the victim and more importantly, why and how. The detective part is very realistic, it starts slow and most stuff seems irrelevant. Game has multiple paths, you can make wrong decisions and it alters outcomes. I finished with a score of 95. Game is based on a book and its strong points are coming from there I believe. +++ Story/Setting: World has divided between World Union and rogue states. Here in World Union, marriage and biological ties are obsolote, capital and individuality driven indexes state how good a citizen you are ( Very "Brave New World" like) crime is eliminated, everyone is politically correct, you lease your clothes on a subscription model etc... On the other hand rouge states goes on as we are now. We play a character raised in world union and strongly belives its edicts. Society and normal people's behaviour changes according to the system's values are very well represented. Our character is a woman and I must say, this game done a good job staying out of cliche. ( Book writer is also a woman which helped I guess) -- Gameplay: Area transitions are clanky, sometimes you don't know when camera angle will change and wander around. Even with running pace is slow. You cannot skip one lane of dialog, if you right click it skips entire dialog -tree (!! careful). Since you cannot reply dialogue this is awful. In most adventure games , right click just skips one. Every dialogue is voice overed (+) but most are bad (-). +Technical: Despite being very old, no crashes / bugs. Keep in mind I've USED 2 mods which i strongly suggest. Uncut patch from MODDB + https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1208820072 thanks Kain. Played Windowed with -> W11Pro-AMD7700x-RTX4080 If you can endure the gameplay hardships, it's an interesting take. It was clear a sequel planned but never came. So some stuff inside the story left unanswered.
Jogo de jogabilidade ruim e bem complexo, um desafio e tanto. Lembra um pouco o estilo de Resident Evil e Parasit Evil, mas fica por ai mesmo, quem quiser tentar jogar, boa sorte.
An enjoyable and rather addictive game that is a bit different to anything I've played before. Highly recommended.
It's a strange old game but I'm digging it :)
