Good Game!!!! I'm play the Alpha 2 and 3 and now I play Alpha 8. The game is Fantastic. !!!Bad!!! The game servers is blocked . Game is dead.

I'm not going to pretend I know what's going on in the dev's lives, but they stopped loving this game. The daily twitch streams they would put on have stopped and I couldn't tell you the last time they put out an update for CubeZ. The devs are nice guys, still active on Twitter and such, but their website and steam store page seem to be wastelands. Don't bother buying the game, it's unpolished and has no playerbase, which is necessary for the arena style game that it is.

NO MORE UPDATES - DO NOT BUY Yes. This game is fun. It is very early in development and has bugs. Alot of bugs. I would reccomend you get it around a sale because no one plays and theres not much in it yet. Other than that. Its really fun and only made by two people. (From what I know)

Completely dead game. My Score - 2/10

CubeZ is a third person arena shooter/fighting game built (badly) using the Unity engine. The graphics are simplistic and there's an annoying filter that makes everything look bad, that shows up on a lot of low effort Unity games. This game is abandoned early access, and is multiplayer only, with no players, because the game is unfinished. We can question whether or not this is because Valve facilitated a bad operator with a means to charge $8 for a product they never intended to supply. I think this is another reminder about how bad the early access program from Valve has failed, and I think Valve should work harder to make amends for inflicting this massive failure onto the gaming public. At the very least, the early access program must be cancelled.
