I'd write a review about how this is a fun game for casual "limited time to play" sessions, but I'm too busy getting a ton of CRYSTAL BONUS CRYSTAL BONUS CRYSTAL BONUS SECRET BONUS CRYSTAL BONUS CRYSTAL BONUS
It's a competent caravan style shmup. My only real gripes are that when your ship is fully powered up that the music changes which is unfortunate for the audiophile shmup players and that there is no mode that has you play every stage all at once. To me the levels felt a bit long as well especially the 5min+ levels. Lastly, I don't see much of a use for Layla at all. For scoring and survivability Jenny is way better. Other than that I had fun with this one.

Very fast and exhilarating, with each stage being its own challenge that can be selected individually instead of a set order of stages.
If you are a fan of bonuses, you'll find a lot to like here.
Crystal Breaker is a lot of fun. It has good music, good graphics, good control, and a lot to dodge. It has improvements over the typical shoot 'em up such as taking no contact damage and being able to destroy some enemy projectiles.
Terrarin always focuses on the fact that games should be fun. A HUGELY entertaining and accessible shmup. It has that perfect arcade buzz with great music and addictive gameplay. His games just seem to get better all the time. The last 3 especially have been fantastic imho.
Someone said this game was easy and they played right through it. I own a lot of shmups and to me this is one of the most difficult. In fact, it is hard as balls. I struggled to get past the third level and now I'm working on the fourth. I think this game is a major challenge for shmuppers.
You don't often see Caravan-style shooters much since most douin STGs take more after Cave-style manic shooters. It's a very different experience. Short levels with few enemies and bullets may seem underwhelming to those more used to the latter, but it challenges you to maximise your scoring even if just clearing the level is fairly straightforward.
ハドソン全国キャラバン大好きでこのゲームも買いました。現代でもこういうスコアアタック特化STGが遊べて嬉しいです。低価格なのも嬉しいですね。
