Creatures Of War

Creatures of War is a nice little gem. While the combat is intense and quite challenging, the level design feel repetitive at times, and the story reminds me of a typical B-Movie. The are some occasional framerate drops and glitches, but nothing gamebreaking, it also plays well on the Steamdeck without any tinkering. The artstyle is cool, creature design is very good. Walking animation on your main char is kinda weird, maybe the devs can fix this, also a dedicated map button would be nice. There are jumpscares, tense atmosphere and a lot of dinosaurs and content. If you are unsure play the demo first.

Great game loop, I love the weapons, the creatures and atmosphere, even the graphics are not bad and the story reminds me of one you would find on the old movies put out by the company Cannon films. I do currently find myself stuck in an area with no way out, So I may have to restart it. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Honestly can't praise this game enough! It has everything - action, story, dinos, amazing art, simple game play with good pacing. Cheesy but kinda part of it's charm to be honest! Not all the way through yet but honestly impressed enough to come here and leave this review. Such a unique idea for a little indie game - and my streaming community are loving it to and have so much praise for this! Good job devs! This is how a GOOD indie game is made! Would also like to point out that even though I got the key for free I WAS NOT under any pressure what so ever to even leave a review, let alone a good one - just have some major love for this game! Only down side was that some of the achievements are bit glitched and don't unlock but honestly only a small thing in the grand scheme of things!

В лаборатории возникает невидимая стена на выходе из поезда. Пройти через неё персонаж не может. Какого либо решения данной проблемы я не нашел. Игра очень понравилась, но из-за подобного бага пока что ставлю дизлайк. Надеюсь разработчики это исправят. In the laboratory, an invisible wall appears at the exit of the train. The character cannot pass through it. I have not found any solution to this problem. I really liked the game, but because of this bug, I am putting a dislike for now. I hope the developers will fix this.

Nope, I'll try to give it a yes but nah - You explore and then you die, you need to start over again because auto save t occurs at a specific point - Elevator bugs - Worst save point in decade, we need to wait the tram to open every time - No inventory and character upgrades - Dinosaurs spawn out of nowhere - The most annoying thing is jumping can't cancel in the air - Slow movement when using rope or ladder, especially sliding down All of these really make the game annoying but I finished it because I expected something but nothing impresses me except the art style. Since we've rarely seen dino horror titles. I'm hoping for the next installment but without all above.
