As A British Person I Am Glad We Left The EU. Why The ♥♥♥♥ Is The EU Wasting Their Money On This? Some Economic Advice For The EU Stop Funding This Game. Also Britain Isn't Part Of The EU.
Game isn't bad, but the sensor doesn't work constantly and you can easily get lost. Also the interact button for text being enter is really annoying it would be better if it was mouse click or space bar.
Warning: AI Slop This marketing material and voice "acting" for this game is partially or completely made with talentless, soulless AI generated slop.
"CREAMARE - The Game" is a rather weak thematic ripoff of the game Beyond Blue, the key difference is the developers behind Beyond Blue were ethical and hired real voice actors (including Babylon 5's star, Mira Furlan). Here, it's disgusting AI slop used to replace the job of a voice actor. Cheap? Lazy? Or just wanted to offend everyone with AI slop? Maybe a combination of all three. What do you do in the game? The story involves you exploring nine real Mediterranean underwater cultural sites. You must defeat a future monster by solving environmental challenges and puzzles related to the sites' history. This is implemented very badly. And the problem is that this is less of a game and more of an effort to push a specific political agenda... and whether the cause is just or not, gaming is no place for politics. Despite not being in Early Access this is rough and unpolished... it's unpleasant to play. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too, and that's glaringly obvious here. On pricing, this is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 5 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. There's no financial cost up-front, but you'd still be spending your time and a little hard drive space on a product that's far from the best. There's thousands of better alternatives on Steam. If this is the kind of game you're really looking for, try Beyond Blue. That was made ethically, without the use of insulting AI slop.

I've played worse, but even with the inclusion of combat and features that keep getting added as the game goes on; it still ends up being quite boring. I found myself hoping that each new mission was the last. The sprinting mechanic was an interesting idea, but in execution, it becomes tedious keeping up the rhythm when you just want to get from point A to B. Swimming is also quite janky. When you come out of a cutscene or leave your map, you must spam W before your character finally starts swimming again. It doesn't help that you can sprint on the spot, and when you realise by re-pressing W, you automatically get hit with a sprint failure. It makes the time it takes to get going after stopping very tedious. Hitboxes for the enemies are frustrating, not only do you need to get right up in their face to stun them, but often it would not register at all. The AI voice acting is incredibly grating, and with funding from the European Union, you could have hired a voice actor.
Cool concept for a game, the intro would never have you guess how the rest of the game goes. The diving mechanic was very smooth and navigating through the water wasn't too difficult. This was covered as part of this week's episode of Free2Play Weekly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cnE40s-ArFE
крутая игра но из за плохой оптимизации не могу играть
Gioco carino, storia interessante.
this game about ocean conservation makes me want to throw a car battery into the ocean
