Note: Dead PvP game This game contains no meaningful single player content. There are no available servers and no player population. This game cannot be played as intended.
Crackin' Smackin is a dead PvP game. Why did it fail? Almost every PvP exclusive game on Steam fails. Only a tiny proportion of them "go viral". This game failed for many of the same reasons those others fail. The chief of which is the developer thinking that their game will "go viral" without actually creating any reason for it do so. Competition amongst PvP centric games is extreme, and there's only a finite player base to appeal to. This game failed to reach any kind of critical mass and died as a result. Let's go into some of the reasons this particular game failed to appeal to gamers, despite the zero up front cost. First and foremost, there's no meaningful single player content. The developer gambled that other players would be an acceptable substitute for adding storytelling, level design etc to the game. They lost that bet. Without a huge community of players or single player content to add a lasting value to the game, the game dies. Developers must learn that other players are not an acceptable substitute for adding content to a game. This top down arena brawler has particularly bad graphics (but we know it's not an asset flip because the assets look so terrible no self respecting asset creator would publish them) and no players, of course. I believe the chief reason for this is the utterly toxic pricing required to unlock all of the characters in this misleadingly non-free game. In terms of visuals, this features fairly low quality low poly 3D visuals which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and while some developers struggle with creating high quality visuals, failing to do so is a disservice to gamers. It's very difficult to recommend bad looking games. You're forced to sign a highly questionable yet legally unenforceable End User License Agreement... for such a relatively low effort, low quality product, this comes across more as a delusion of grandeur than anything else. This agreement includes questionable requirements that may attempt to revoke consumer law protections that gamers expect to have, which is also highly problematic. Developers must learn they are here to serve gamers, not control them. I had my cat walk over the keyboard while the EULA was displaying, which fixed that problem for me. On pricing and value for gamers, this isn't really free as the game is infested with an eye watering FOURTY FIVE UNITED STATES DOLLARS worth of DLC to unlock the full game/characters. This is not okay. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 11 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. It's important to note that, despite this being such a low quality product, there's a number of positive reviews that all appeared immediately after the game launched, from suspiciously inactive Steam accounts that have reviewed almost no other games apart from this. Take the review score of this game with a grain of salt. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.

Игра ни о чём.
Super fun silly game. Hard to find just chill games you can play with your friends so this is a winner for me.
Macht richtig Spaß! Klare Empfehlung :-)
Let's goooo!!
With its quirky art style and fun sound effects, this game offers a delightful experience that's perfect for playing with friends. The quick-paced gameplay ensures that even if you're short on time, you can still enjoy a satisfying and entertaining session. Its vibrant visuals and super weird soundtrack make every moment enjoyable, turning it into an ideal choice for a spontaneous and lively gaming experience.
A small but nice game, just the thing if you want to prank a friend or rather hit your friend ;O) and the options to pimp your character make the whole thing even funnier, from pajamas to hula skirt, everything is included.
