Copa City: Matchday Manager

I didn’t really expected much from this game, but I was positively surprised. It is an unusual combination of a football manager, city building and tycoon game. We are managing the whole organization of the city, the stadium and fan zones. You need to bring fans of the teams, who are playing the match into the city place them in the right districts and prepare the city by building proper zones. Every type of fans have different needs, which you need to keep in mind. Definitely on the plus side: animations, soundtrack and the way of gameplay. The animations are nicely made and it gives a lot of fun to see the teams fans walking and celebrating around the city. Of course you also have to take care about the stadium, properly assign the seats and provide all the fans needs. There is a lot of thinking. You can see that the game was made by people with a passion to football. It is good to play something different than Fifa.

Generalnie ok. Trochę dużo na głowę od początku ale po 40 minutach śmigasz jak Harry Potter na miotle - naturalnie i z talentem. Całkiem inne podejście do sportu co jest ciekawe i angażujące!

I recommend this game to everyone who is interested with football. Football fans should enjoy it. The way the city and the whole event is organized is really interesting. You need to think a little if you want to plan the entire match perfectly and make all the fans happy. I also like how they added realistic random events, which add more realism and make planning everything not so easy. The combination of strategy and planning is definitely a big plus. I also like the new mode they added, Chairman Pass. It gives you a lot of freedom and possibilities. It reminds me a little of “creative mode” and you can bring the teams’ fans to the city straight away, so the gameplay has a faster pace. The graphics are pleasant to look at. Groups of fans walking around the city or huge groups of ultras with flags are really nice to watch and definitely add a football atmosphere. This game came to me at the perfect time after World Cup, because I was missing football. Pros: + I can see that the game is being updated and they are fixing bugs, so it’s nice that they care about it + football atmosphere (I was missing it a little because World Cup has ended) + you need to take care about many details and small things, the realism of the game is on a high level + a large city map (I thought it was small, but it turned out that the city is divided into districts and there is much more place to play)

Copa City is an interesting choice for football and strategy game fans. It stands out with its concept of managing major sporting events and captures the atmosphere of football well. Recent updates have had a positive impact on the game by improving its smoothness, adding useful enhancements, and making the overall experience more enjoyable. The title has great potential and is definitely worth trying.

Nice game, i enjoyed free sandbox mode. Its bit overwhelming at first, but later on it gets easier. Good to have cheat chart ready so you can adjust your gameplay to the way you want it. Glad they mixed things up after release, wasnt sure to buy the game at first, but it came out OK!

This new infinite building mode is a total banger. If they also added the ability to build absolutely anywhere, it would be the best game of its kind :D

nice game especially for just playing and chilling, the open sandbox mode really appeals for me. i do recommend it to anyone who enjoys management-style games

Jogo completamente injogavel. O jogo tem stuttering o tempo inteiro, sem parar, em qualquer parte dele, ate nas configurações, mesmo colocando no mínimo as configurações, os stutterings não param. E meu PC esta dentro das configurações recomendadas e não força placa de vídeo nem o processador. Já tentei de tudo da internet e nada.
