The key to playing games with 3dConnexion mice! If you want to play games with a 3d mouse this program is worth every penny. It took me just a few minutes to set up with my new SpaceNavigator and I was fragging in IL-2 Battle of Stalingrad. It was all the important features: * axis curves * profiles * input smoothing. These features solve all of the problems associated with using a 3d mouse for gaming. In their default configuration 3Dx mice can't deflect fully on multiple axis at the same time. That is a big problem in games like flight sims where you might need to input full aileron and elevator at the same time. Curves solves this problem by allowing nearly full deflection to count as full deflection in game. The smoothing also makes control precise and smooth, eliminating the jitters inherent to the very sensitive 3d mouse. I have not even used the rest of the features in the app yet but given the awesome quality of the 3Dx integration I have no doubts that they are also great.
Steam version of this program (v5.4.17.80) does not work alongside with 3dxWare v10.8.3.3389 - both keep crashing before one then another. Before buying, i tried trial version from tetherscript.com and it worked flawlessly (v5.4.17.79)! But after buying steam version everithing falls apart. One solution would be that tetherscript provides me serial key so i could use non-steam version that i know works Otherwise i cannot reccomend this software, wasted money

Works well for mapping my 3Dconnecxion space mouse for game play.
It wasn't immediately obvious to me how this program works, but once I did figure out how the curves and target profiles work, and how to map outputs to inputs etc, it magically began working as promised after I tested it out on Planetside. I'm now pleased I purchased it, as it opens up many opportunity's to push my gameplay to another level with this newfound precision gamepad I have at my disposal! I love CMJ PS; Not certain this works on Linux, I'd like to suggest if it could, that would be excellent
In 4 hours time I was unable to make this work as advertised in Elite Dangerous. The UI is wildly different from the 6 year old tutorials and options required to bind to Elite Dangerous do not exist in this version. Comments on tutorials are up to 6 years old and have received no response from developers. Appears to be abandoned.
While this product seems to have lots and lots of potential the same can be accomplished by using SX2Vjoy and Vjoy to capture 3dconnection data. Instructions on usage are often long-winded and never adequately explain how the basic setting up of 3dconnection controller works (especially when using this voice binding method to which there are no applicable videos for the newer version), what videos are available only apply to older versions of this software leaving it very much up to the user to bash their head against it and hope they stumble across the answer. I eventually got it working by uninstalling the 3dconnection KMJ emulator drivers in device manager, but even then mapping the axis was 50/50 as other input was still being detected simultaneously from somewhere else.
It works! I use this to allow me to use my SpaceMouse compact as a 6DOF joystick. It works great when the freeware solutions like vjoy were a total pain in the butt to use. If you only need joystick control, the trial is probably good enough. I ended up getting the full version because 1) I wanted to support the dev and 2) I wanted to use lots of different voice macros. The voice commands work great, even with my crappy mic and plenty of background noise. Overall, it does what it needs to do. No complaints. Fully recommend.
This program is simply too complex to be understand by a normal person. Noway to use it for anything, no functional sample profile, I lost 20 $ for a crapy software that will not allow me to use my 3D mouse in games. I'm a programmer and it's still not enought to understand how this can be used.
great software, no more vjoy and other scripts. works perfecct with 3dconnexions controller.. 100% recommend
fantastic. I use this with my Space Pilot and the movement is so natural. Buttons can be fully customised even if you need a long press.
