Если бы я знал, что это не билет в лотерею, а билет в ад, я бы, очевидно, сказал "нет"! Итак, дьявол меня обманул, как старый друг, который просит одолжить ему 500 баксов и не возвращает! Каждое задание – это что-то между квестом и кошмаром. То ты должен убить свое отражение в зеркале (да, знаю, звучит смешно, но поверьте, там были слезы), то найти ключ от двери, который, как всегда, потерялся где-то под стульями. А графика? Ну, скажем так, тут больше теней, чем на моем балконе в полночь! Судя по всему, дьявол не только заключает контракты, но и забывает включить свет. Зато я открыл для себя кучу новых фраз, которые, наверное, не стоило бы говорить вслух, если вы хотите остаться в живых. А еще потом обрадуетесь, когда дьявол решит, что вы его лучший друг и пора заплатить по счетам! В общем, если вы хотите просто посмеяться над своим прошлым, подписывайте контракт, я вас уверяю, это будет незабываемый день. 7 луп из 10

I love HoG puzzle games, but first I must point this out. The resolution for this game is terrible. With no ability to adjust the game screen size, you're stuck with either fullscreen, or playing the game on a tiny square box, for higher resolution monitors. As a result of this, the graphics can get blurry and/or off-position when you try to play fullscreen. Beyond that, the visuals are very stunning with lively effects. each map is carefully detailed, with so many decors, landmarks, and other items that are suitable for a mysterious, almost haunting world. There's a lot of interaction animations (i.e pouring water, unlocking a chest), and I've noticed there's a 'sparkle' effect on certain spots of a map, that hints where you can click and interact. The music and audio adds to the atmosphere, with giggling Vices and one area with a full moon where you can hear a werewolf howling in the background. They even have cut scenes with audio, but these can also be skipped. Also, from what I've played in the casual mode you can also skip puzzles and dialogues too, if you're not interested in those and what to speed past them (though I don't recommend skipping the puzzles if you want 100% achievements). If you can overlook the resolution issue mentioned above, Contract With The Devil is worth playing and I had a fulfilling experience with this game until the end. I'd recommend getting it on sale.

Several Visual C++ errors causing you to do a hard shut down of the game and reboot to proceed. Poor programing, certainly not worth the money.

Most boring game I have ever played. Cringe Story meh riddles and Hidden Object scenes are no fun at all....dont buy it....

This game is just flat out annoying. I should've caught on to that when I couldn't find the "play" button and had to wait for a little flash scene to play out. There's no map to easily get to places and there's always a forced wait during the HO parts. See two parts next to each other and want to click on them back to back? Too bad because you have to wait for it to "load" and then you can click on the next HO. I can't recommend this to anyone who just wants to play a game without being forced to watch cut scenes, waiting on random things to load, and if you just want to relax.

Игра, где работа превращается в квест Хочу поделиться впечатлениями от игры "Contract With The Devil". Я заключил с дьяволом контракт и понял, насколько это опасно. Каждое задание — квест или испытание: убить своё отражение в зеркале, найти ключ в темноте. Графика мрачная, создаётся ощущение выключенного света. Я узнал много фраз, не рекомендуемых к произношению. Игра заставляет задуматься о своих ошибках и посмеяться над ними, оставляя сильное впечатление.
