Commandos Pro Simulator, developed and published by CommandosPro, positions itself as a military-themed shooter but ultimately delivers a much more stripped-down, arcade-oriented experience than its name might suggest. Rather than focusing on tactical depth or squad-based coordination, the game throws players into compact arenas where the emphasis is on immediate action and constant engagement. It’s a title that clearly aims to be accessible and fast-paced, but in doing so, it sacrifices much of the nuance and refinement that typically define more compelling shooters. The core gameplay revolves around straightforward combat scenarios where players engage enemies in modes like Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, and Conquest. Matches are designed to be quick and intense, encouraging aggressive playstyles over careful planning. The option to switch between first-person and third-person perspectives adds a small degree of flexibility, but it doesn’t fundamentally change how the game plays. Gunplay is functional but lacks weight and precision, often feeling loose and underdeveloped. Weapons don’t have much distinct personality, and encounters tend to blur together as a result. While the mechanics technically cover the basics—movement, shooting, and objective play—they rarely evolve or introduce new layers that would keep players invested over time. One of the defining traits of Commandos Pro Simulator is its relentless pacing. There’s very little downtime, and the game consistently pushes players back into the action after each respawn. This can create brief moments of excitement, especially in chaotic multiplayer matches, but it also exposes the game’s lack of depth. Without meaningful progression systems, unlockables, or class-based roles, there’s little incentive to keep playing beyond the initial novelty. The experience quickly becomes repetitive, as each match feels largely identical to the last. From a presentation standpoint, the game is modest at best. Built on Unreal Engine 4, it has the technical foundation to look impressive, but the execution falls short. Environments are basic and repetitive, with minimal environmental storytelling or visual variety. Character models and animations are serviceable but lack polish, often appearing stiff or unfinished. Sound design does little to elevate the experience, with generic effects that fail to add impact or immersion to firefights. Altogether, the audiovisual elements feel more like placeholders than carefully crafted components of a cohesive world. The multiplayer aspect, which should be the game’s main draw, is hindered by both design limitations and a lack of active players. While the inclusion of online and LAN options is a positive, the overall experience suffers from inconsistency and a noticeable absence of robust matchmaking. Without a strong player base or engaging progression systems, it becomes difficult for the game to sustain interest beyond short sessions. What could have been a lively competitive environment instead feels sparse and underdeveloped. Despite its shortcomings, there is a small niche that might appreciate what Commandos Pro Simulator offers. Players who enjoy very simple shooters with minimal learning curves may find some value in its pick-up-and-play nature. It can serve as a brief distraction, particularly for those who prefer uncomplicated gameplay without the need for long-term commitment. However, for most players, especially those familiar with more polished shooters, the game is unlikely to leave a positive or lasting impression. In the end, Commandos Pro Simulator is a title that delivers on immediacy but struggles with substance. Its straightforward design makes it easy to jump into, but the lack of depth, polish, and meaningful progression prevents it from standing out in a crowded genre. It feels less like a fully realized project and more like an early-stage concept that was never fully expanded upon. Rating: 3/10
Absolutely horrible, can't do anything. You would be better off buying a CS:GO skin rather than buying this.
this is a "promising" game. I think its fun but there is not much that makes it stand out if you know what i mean. keep up work tho.
