A great VN about growing up and deciding your future, while still working on leaving behind the past. Comes equipped with voice acting that really enhances the story! I recommend this to anyone who is interested in coming-of-age romance style stories with a bit of sci-fi or fantasy. It does add more on top of being a VN, as sometimes there are point-and-click puzzle sections that add a lot to gameplay. Solving the puzzles and tinkering around to get the best score on these segments is fun!

I enjoy the story and the art of this visual novel! I like the puzzles it has and the complexities of each character and their relationships!

This game was an absolute joy to play. Without going into too much detail this is a beautiful story about two awkward teenagers trying to find their place in the world and the best way to communicate their feelings. I laughed, I cried, I got stuck on puzzle and asked the dev for help (it wasn't hard I was just dumb lmao, thank you!) If you have any interest in visual novels definitely give this one a play, you won't regret it!

Great heartful visual novel with some very well made point and click sections. The story is well written, with very emotional scenes dealing with common adolescence themes like self-discovery and anxiety about the future, but with a sci-fi/supernatural twist (and some Life is Strange-esque vibes). I loved how (unusually for indie titles like this) it is fully dubbed, with a great emotional performance by the two leads.

This game is beautifully well written, the voice work is fabulous. I watched a friend play it and started playing it myself. I highly recommend having some tissues with you as you play this absolutely beautiful story of self discovery and figuring out life.

I haven't finished yet but this is a really special game. The VN segments feel very realistic and vulnerable, with one scene hitting very close to home as someone who's pretty heavily struggled with depression. I enjoyed the one point and click puzzle section I've done so far and I'm really looking forward to doing more! ALSO the sci-fi elements have been very cool but I don't want to spoil anything. Great game that I can't wait to finish!

Full disclosure, I arranged to play and stream this game with the developers. That said, I paid for this game out of pocket, and at no point did the Cross Couloir and I exchange any communications. All opinions are my own. Positives: The narrative is quite engaging and incredibly vulnerable. I didn't even try to guess where it was going. The characters and their arcs were wonderfully executed. The music fits pretty well, and the art - while a bit rough - has a lot of love and detail put into it. I was engaged well enough with the story that I wasn't even trying to guess where things were going. Critiques: I wish there were more puzzles. Or, at the very least, more opportunities to interact with the game, vignettes, and the like. I have beaten nearly every main line Professor Layton game. I crave puzzles. Aside from that, there were a few moments in the final chapter where voices and sounds would just cut out as I advanced the story, before coming back in. All in all, incredible game for the price. Support this labor of love!

An emotional, touching, and poignant story of young people learning to navigate the complexities of life - pain, loss, mental health, and love - wrapped up in a neat little package of aliens and comet-gazing. I played the demo for a Steam Next Fest and fell for the protagonists Nat and Izzy instantly. I felt such connection, especially to Nat, which goes to show the talent of the writers to create such relatable characters. The snippet gives just enough to lure you in, introducing the most adorable alien you've ever seen. But boy when you start exploring deeper in the full game it turns from a cute experience into one that changed me to my core. I cannot tell you how many tears were shed. As spoiler free as I can say it, the journey of self-discovery the characters go through is relatable to so many. It explores the complexity of processing very big worldly and personal concepts and emotions. An LGBT and disability friendly story, telling the difficult story of two wonderful young people just trying to find their place in the world. Even if just for the wonderful writing, funny and well-sculpted dialogue, stunning hand-drawn artwork, and interesting mini-games and puzzles, you will find many things to enjoy. I cannot recommend this enough.
