This game is honestly fantastic. First things first, it's buggy. Let's just get that out of the way. There are bugs and there is jank, but it's a $2 indie game it happens. I'm pretty sure that it was bugged so that I couldnt beat the game, and I still loved it. The Santa in this game isn't that scary. He's slow and makes generic Santa noises and looks just like a normal Santa. But that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ will absolutely grab you around a corner when you least expect it. Don't go into this game expecting a masterpiece of a game, but it's honestly super fun. I played with friends watching and we shared some laughs and had a grand old time with a couple of jump scares mixed in. Absolutely worth it.

This is my favorite Christmas horror game, I see the Christmas horror games not being capitalized on enough and even though this game has some flaws it is still very terrifying and captures the essence of a true horror game, 10/10.

I LOVED this game! Never sworn so much in my God-fearing life! Pros: -You can turn off the blurry effect in "Settings" and un-selecting "VHS mode". (You can also turn off the dandru-uh I mean snow falling if that bothers you.) -You can skip the intro (and trust me you'll want to do this) by clicking on "Quick Play", which is the same game just without that 30-second intro. You're welcome. It took my character roughly 2,475 deaths before I noticed that. -There's many ways to escape, or you can kill santa. All of which are achievements. I'll get the pitchforks! -I personally think it's easy to learn the house inside/outside map (there's not one provided) after dying a few times. And where everything is (in terms of items). -I love that there's no mini-map, and no indicators to tell you anything. You're like you would be IRL, on your own. Not even Lassie can save your ass. Cons: -You cannot hear santa, and if you turn around you're dead (most times). START PANICKING!!! Or get to know the hiding spots and go for them if/when you suspect he's behind you. -If you do die, it resets -everything-. So all those items you collected? *POOF* -You cannot skip the endscene when you die. And you want to after dying JUST. ONCE. It's as long or longer than the intro. It makes you wanna kill yourself a little more each time. But in real life. -Your best bet is to get everything done on Day 1 because: -Day 2 is very difficult (but technically doable). Hot chicks, am I riiiight? -Day 3, impossible. Like our parent's approval. But I do love this little gem of a game! The replay factor is great due to achievements. I'm still trying to see if it's at all winnable on that damn I-need-batteries-for-my-flashlight Day 3.
