체스의 요소를 활용한 캐주얼 퍼즐게임. 체스 요소라고 해봤자 극히 일부 차용한 것이고, 실질적으로는 완전히 다른 규칙의 퍼즐들이 나온다. 그렇기 때문에 체스 몰라도 재밌게 할 수 있고, 체스에 관심이 있는 사람은 살짝 더 재밌게 할 수 있다. 전체적으로 참신하고 짜임새 높은 퍼즐들로 구성되어 있다, 완성도는 전체적으로 높지만 몇몇 치명적인 버그랑 현지화 부분에서 아쉬움이 있다.
The name and the description oversells the game. You have a board of tiles, and then you have an unit(s) on the board. The units will move in a way that some chess piece would, like horse moves like horse in chess, rook like rook in chess and so on. But that's where the "chess" starts and ends with this game. The actual gameplay and the puzzles are simple like touch every tile one, or move your units to correct spots that then completes a sequence that the puzzle was looking for. The reason I'm not recommending because "Chessarama" has actually nothing to do with chess. I expected chess related puzzles, but what I got was just units that "move like a chess piece" and rest of the game has nothing to do with chess.

Overall an interesting puzzle game The most fun puzzles are the lady Ronin puzzles and the soccer puzzles Some puzzles can be quite difficult though 8/10
