About
DO NOT BUY THIS GAME IF YOU EXPECT AAA
this is a solo / indie developer sharing pre-alpha early progress
this is not a AAA studio using "early access" as free advertising 2 weeks before release
DO NOT BUY THIS GAME IF YOU EXPECT A COMPLETE FINISHED PRODUCT
this pre-alpha development is being shared on early access strictly for anyone curious, I'm not asking anyone to buy this
this construction site is a collection of unfinished gameplay mechanics, gameplay systems, and menus with no handholding
if you are curious to follow early development, join in now, otherwise this game is not ready for you and you should not spend your money
DO NOT BUY THIS GAME IF YOU EXPECT ANALOG STICK SIM: THIS IS NOT A SIM SKATING GAME
this game uses "classic", "arcade" "professional skateboarder" "bird last name" style input controls (can't use game and person names for reasons)
this game uses snappy digital trick triggering (arcade style) but attempts to keep the world realistic in dimension, speed, and jump height (sim style)
IF YOU BOUGHT THIS GAME AND THOUGH IT WAS GOING TO BE FINISHED OR AAA AND YOU'RE ANGRY
feel free to contact me so I can work out some kind of refund if it's past the refund period
you can also drop by the Discord to contact or share complaints / feedback
again, not trying to make money or take money from an early access, this is for curious people who want to follow updates from a solo-dev. I'm fully aware there are AAA games for under 5 dollars (that were made by entire AAA studios a decade ago but whatever, money can go far on Steam so not trying to rip anyone off here)
let me know if there's a more clear way to communicate all this
BASICALLY: DO NOT BUY THIS GAME, SERIOUSLY YOUR MONEY WOULD BE BETTER SPENT ON AAA LIVE SERVICE
IF YOU ARE STILL INTERESTED, THEN CARRY ON. OTHERWISE, THIS GAME IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU AND YOU SHOULD NOT SPEND MONEY ON IT. THANK YOU FOR LOOKING.

i see the vision. and its pre alpha but you can already play with the homies online. excited to see whats coming.
Incredibly basic but a solid foundation of gameplay mechanics. It seems like the Tony Hawk series now is mismanaged and we haven't had a fully original game in over 10 years, meanwhile the other competitors are all pushing more realistic/in depth control systems that seem convoluted to me, This is like the only new game I know of that goes for the simplified, snappy arcade-y controls of the Tony Hawk games and continues on its legacy, and for something so early in development it works well. Some of the community levels are really cool and there'll hopefully be more cool stuff as time goes on. Good god get some better quality files for the music though it sounds like it was saved as a minimum quality JPEG in MS Paint on a Nokia flip phone in 2006. There also appears to be no way to exit the game in menus you just have to close it in steam.
for a game that looks like its basically just a prototype,it already is fun to play getting alot of points and such ,obviously as someone who has played the thps games alot iam hoping for this to play as smooth and at the same speed and the same way as those games with all the features those games have played once its out of early access, which i dont know if it´ll ever happen since this is its own entity! but iam looking forward to see how its going to play when its out of early access with all the features especially having bmx, aggressive inline skating etc in the future is going to be real fun.
Absolute fun game very good for early access and works without issues and runs well on Linux which could possibly mean this game works on SteamDeck aswell havent tested that and dont have one but that be pretty sick
first off, i got this game for free from Studio Mercy after having one HELL of a mvm round with him (i dont think anything other then a golden pan will take the cake of my best mvm game after that) thank you man, anyway the game? well, makes me feel like im sitting in the dusty ass backroom of my house on a a crappy tv playing tonyhawk on ps2, rubbery buttons and all. just with less polygons. and less throwing disabled people into the water. and general chaos. but im sure thats to come along one day. i was never really good at the game btw but i had my fun, and after a bit of playing this, yeah its pretty fun. the game should start with music tho instead of being dead quiet when you load in. the "Idonnuo grungde" track def got me in the mood to skate. i really hope yall add those hard to reach areas that have lil things in em, like the random ass windows youd break though and find some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ behind it 3 storys off the ground that you spent 3 hours trying to get to. that kind of crap was my fav. just felt cool. anyway, cool game, bit buggy but thats expected. cant wait to see what all else yall add.
Amazing game!
If ill be honest great game very good if your bored but, It should recieve a character update because the chracter look kinda meh and the animation should be smother still fun game
Great progress being made on this game, the devs are some of the kindest and most creative out there and I cannot wait to see what more they have to offer.
Nice to see that TH style skating games are still hanging. It's clear that it still needs development, but what exists so far shows that the project is on the right track. As others have mentioned, the ability to turn with the stick is missed. Also being able to exit the halfpipes by pressing up. I'm sure all of this is the developments pipeline. Excellent work. I look forward to the next updates.
Great game, the dev is active, and transparent, been a great experience every time I have logged in to see what's new. The dev blog videos of differen't mechanics and map changes are crazy. I really feel like I'm part of the development and seeing how things are shaping up.
