Nice game! A little bit buggy, but the story is really fun... For you who enjoyed the first one, definitely worth playing the second.
Great old school RPG with painting art style.
The story's so good! Play the first one first tho!!!
Feels like the original, which might be a good thing if you're nostalgic for it. But... Maybe it is because I'm playing this years after release, and the memories of the original are long since gone. The writing isn't particularly great in the first half hour, and the gameplay itself feels very outdated at this point. It's not clicking for me. Not bad, but just not my thing at this point.
UI/UX pretty bad. Disappointed because the first game is decent.
A decent continuation of the 6 companions with the various threads picking up several years after "Tales of the North" For the most part the mechanics remain the same but up grades to the graphics and backgrounds. Bigger offering than the previous instalment and with that comes several issues, bugs and quirks that will hopefully be resolved at some point (although no updates in some time would raise questions on this) If you played the first then it's a worthwhile continuation but if you're new to the story chances are a lot won't make sense to you.
I've decided that despite its glaring flaws (and a wealth of cut content, which points to real-life circumstances that affected the developers), Realms Beyond is a competent sequel. While we may never see the third and final game which would tie all loose ends, I fervently believe that this still has a great story.
Per me è promosso!
Love It Reminds me of Tales of destiny 2
