Es una novela de fantasy, la cual te va poco a poco explicando la trama de la misma. Mi review: https://youtu.be/S3vT45F5rsY
Full Review available at https://treatyourgeek.co.uk/celestia-chain-of-fate-review/ Have you ever wished to be a daughter of the duchy? Do you want magical powers and three hot boys falling over themselves for the chance to date you? Well, good news! Celestia Chain of Fate from Agate Games provides exactly that. Between your new life at a magical finishing school, classes, trials and the burden of being the only half-Daemon/half-Angelus in history, there’s a lot for Aria to handle. But there’s always time for kisses! Based on one of the stories from Agate’s Memories mobile game, Celestia is a full production of the first part of this tale featuring a tweaked story, revamped UI, and improved art assets. The experience is further fleshed out with the inclusion of side stories that unlock after each chapter. While not essential for the main plot, they are fun little vignettes that help to deepen your immersion in the world. Your three love interests are Ash, a Crown Prince in the Human Realm and half-Angelus. Luke is a pure-blooded Angelus with a heavy burden on his future. And Val, the absolute best boy and pure-blooded Daemon heir to House Lucifer. Throughout your time in Celestia, you can opt to go along with each of the boys, learn more about them and end up on dates. In conclusion, I can say that while it isn’t ground breaking, Celestia Chain of Fate is an intriguing and enjoyable experience. While this first instalment doesn’t quite hit the heights it’s aiming for, it lays a foundation for a world and characters I’m eager to see more of. With a seeming lack of Visual Novels in the West geared towards women, it’s also one of the better picks if you’d like to start your journey. I hope that with time we’ll see the next part of this story get a full release but if you’re anxious for more, you can always check out Memories on the Google Play and App Store to get your fix of this and many other tales. 8/10
Love this 1st book excited for next! Beautiful artwork 10/10
The story is really interesting, and the scenery arts are stunning, like straight out of ghibli worlds. What suprised me the most is this game gives a vibe of NP (while it doesn't end that way actually). However, this is just part 1, OE is to be expected :( One more thing I like is MC personality. She is strong and elegant, like a true noble she is. I'm tired of those shy, weak or arrogant typical MC in other otome games. I'm looking forward to the next parts. I don't mind if the story develops more in NP direction. It would be nice if Damien and other male NPC have their routes as well. I like their designs and characteristic.
I may not be even halfway through the story, but I feel good in leaving a review at this point. On the positive side of things, the world is intriguing, the art very pretty, and the music delightful! The chapters feel well paced at at this rate this VN will be a decently long one. There are some negative points, however. At my point in the game it has suddenly become clear that it is meant to be played as romancing all the leads at the same time. Considering the lead I ignored the most at my current time was the first one to give a full on mouth-to-mouth kiss and interest confession when doing what I thought was more a plotline not the leads 'routes'. Personally I dislike this as it feels weird and it causes the story to play out fast and a bit forcefully on the romantic side of things. A lost of choice prompts feel like either chose to romance the lead and do the main story, ignore the guy and miss out on the plot, or ignore the guy and get a bad end. Overall, a nice VN that is enjoyable and I don't regret getting to play, but the likelyhood of replayablity after once or twice is low.
I personally enjoyed the experience of this Otome. It has beautiful art and its story is typically well driven giving you small inputs at a time while still letting you guess at what it could be. Compared to a lot of otome's I have played, this one feels more casual and lets you take your time. The art drawn for certain scenes can be beautiful even if its a bad end. It does let you romance all three male leads at the same time not causing a stir of trouble and even playfully has the male leads interact with one another whereas some people may get frustrated because it would ruin their route in other games.
It was very fun and well made. However, the sequel is on the mobile app and I am not down with microtransactions. They are predatory. Hopefully they will put the sequel on Steam.
It's the first time I quit an otome so quickly. I was hyped by the idea of angel and demons, with maye difficult choices and a big story... But the first hour, something made me feel so frustrated : the MC is really Dumb. And everything is very cliché, it's embarassing. (do we really need to talk about the train to go the academy ? it's not just "a nice ref" at this point). It's a refund for me.
I feel like I need to spend more time in this game to have more of an opinion but I'm definitely curious to see more. I love the artwork and I do like the concept of the story how when the main character comes of age she finds out that she is half angel half demon and has to go to a magic school to learn more about who she is. I do feel like some of the conversations early on were a bit repetitive when she was getting info about who she was and it's been very Harry Potter like...with her coming of age and getting a letter to go to a magic school and going through a magic portal in a wall in an alley to an enchanted train that will take her to the school. I'm hoping after getting to the school it will change some. Either way it has me curious and I will read on.
