The game simply dosen't work
I bought this game on sale knowing it had bad reviews but I wish I had my money back. The interface is clunky, the gameplay is boring and confusing, and it looks like the devs are making no effort to improve on the game. Waste of 2 hours. 2/5.
This game had great potential, but was completely abandoned by devs in an unfinished state. I can't even start the game currently; it just crashes as soon as I try to load it. I logged 40 hours on the game previously, a long time ago, but most of that time was spent dodging and weaving around the countless bugs. This is a seriously awesome premise, and what did work in the game worked well (when it was still loadable, I mean). But this should be avoided at all costs, and unless the dev someday decides to work on it again, definitely don't spend money on this. It's not even going to load.

Can I reccomend this game? No. Not in its current state. Do I still love it? Yes. It's complicated, but the short answer is that it simply is NOT a finished game. It is imbalanced and the UI is clunky, and there is no tutorial, so there's a fairly steep learning curve. This game has so much potential but the devs threw it into full release and then abandoned it. However, if you can look past its flaws, there is enough of a functioning game here to scratch a very particular itch. If you like tycoon, management simulation games and can get it on sale, then it might be worth it.
This game has potential to be fun, but it was a really unrewarding experience. Also, it would be REALLY nice to be able to filter casting calls. It is fairly easy to get roles for your people, but it is kinda annoying to have to look through EVERY single role in EVERY single casting call, just to find that they want 50-60 year olds to play college students and military personnel.
Bought this a year ago, worked fine. Only played half an hour. Tried it again today and found out that the developers have completely dropped the game, leaving it as just a spreadsheet simulator. I decided to at least try and get my money's worth and re-installed the game, I figured a spreadsheet simulator can't be that bad. The game won't even launch. Tried to get a refund from steam who denied it. Shame on Steam, Shame on this Game's developer who won't even provide support for it. VERY disappointed.
Keeps you busy for a few hours to bad after a while it justs crashes. Needs more in-depth gameplay.
Steep Learning curve can be rage inducing at times
Game was dumped out of EA and abandonded by dev. Words can not adequately describe how bad the UI in this game is.
I bought this game because I've been enjoying similar games recently. This is a great example of how to get a game like this WRONG. It's so tedious. Training your actors in more skills to make them suitable for more roles takes way too long so you end up with a HUGE roster of actors just so you have a semi-decent spread of skills. Then you have to click into different casting calls, into each role within a project, and then click through all of your suited actors to find the best one for the part. All the devs need to do is add some extra columns and filters so we can easily search by skills. I wish I'd read the reviews before I took a chance on this!
