I love the atmosphere for this game - the music, art and pacing of the game all work together to create a calm, positive vibe. The game is easy to pick up, but the items and abilities add depth to learn. Definitely recommended!

Warm, cozy and relaxing. A simple picture: You walk into a Cafe, get your drink, spot a board game party at a table, get invited in and before you know it you visit daily for a match with new met friends at this gaming club of a Cafe. It's pretty much a recreation of real life scenario of joining a board games club or some more specific one like, say, MTG. I can attest to that from personal experience, although real thing is surely more chaotic and, well, need to physically go somewhere ^^" But yes, the setting is very earthy and simple but also very effective. The game of Cascade is very easy to learn and get into, especially as it is being explained piece by piece as you progress in story mode by both playing and through banter with players you meet. On top of everything the cozy soundtrack allows to sink in and relax even further. To be honest I've never suspected that sitting by a board game can be this casually relaxing, The simulation of meeting up with friends here is a great accomplishment on its own. Story mode, VS AI, VS your friends online, Puzzles or even just tuning in into the soundtrack alone - Make your pick, it sure is worth it ^^

This is a great game to unwind and relax and in the end of the day . I love the relaxing music, thoughtful strategy in the gameplay and the overall look of the game. Easy to get in and go. Simple gameplay, but can be complex and fun when you start throwing in strategies . I highly recommend.

If you like board games and environments with a relaxing mood, this game is for you. Cascade Cafe is a nice Lofi-style game that is easy to understand, and is fun to play. The way that tiles are matched whether the same number or in sequential order as well as the lines to connect each one makes it easier to play and score big points. There are also various items that can either help you, change a tile, or stop your opponent from reaching the target score. The game also has some great characters, each one having their own special tiles. Overall, this is a nice game if you're more into the relaxed mood and don't care much about competition.

Best part is being able to play this offline when my internet is down. It is also a very chill game yet it keeps my interest. I hope there is an update at some point to add more story days and maybe more players with different strategies and maybe more game chatter from the npcs as we play. Or how about a version where we make words instead of number sequences.
