Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Aug 27 → 3.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
An incremental cleaning game where every scrub brings you closer to massive profits.
Start with nothing but simple tools and a dirty carpet.
Scrub away grime using brushes and sponges, create foam, wash it off with water, and push it into the drain using a squeegee to earn money.
Invest your earnings into better equipment and upgrades to clean faster, earn more, and push your efficiency to the limit.
But there’s a twist.
A meteor will eventually fall onto the city—resetting time itself.
When it happens, you’ll be sent back to the beginning, forced to clean carpets all over again.
However, not everything is lost.
There are two types of upgrades:
Persistent Upgrades – Stay with you even after time resets
Run-Based Upgrades – Powerful boosts that reset when the meteor falls
Earn resources in two ways:
By cleaning carpets
By washing away foam to collect money
Balance your progression, optimize your cleaning strategy, and see how far you can go before time collapses again.
Satisfying Cleaning Experience
Enjoy the full cleaning flow both visually and through intuitive controls—scrub away dirt, watch foam build up, and rinse it all away.
Designed to deliver a satisfying experience that keeps you coming back for more.
Incremental Progression You Can Feel
As you play, your efficiency steadily improves.
The same actions yield greater rewards over time, making your growth clearly noticeable.
Optimization Within Limited Time
You’ll need to decide what to prioritize before the next reset.
Make the most of each run by optimizing your actions for maximum efficiency.
Progression Built Around Resets
Each run makes you stronger.
It’s not just about a single attempt, but about accumulating progress over multiple runs.
Simple Controls with Strategic Depth
Easy to pick up and play, yet your choices significantly impact efficiency.

CINEMA!!!!!!!!!
This is one of those games that would be featured on a Jacksepticeye video, like digging a hole, or powerwash simulator (to a much lesser degree due to it's incomplexity). For a few dollars, yeah, I'd say it's worth it. The story feels thin, but it's only a few dollars, so it's perfectly fine. Gameplay is unique, mechanics make sense right off the bat, and worth the price in my opinion.
I 100% completed Carpet Cleaning Simulator in about 4 hours. Overall, it was alright. The achievements are very easy and nothing was really difficult, so if you're mainly going for 100% completion, it’s a very straightforward game. The biggest problem is definitely the performance and optimization. The game lists a GTX 1650, i7-11800H, and 8 GB RAM in its requirements, while I played it on an RTX 4070 12GB OC, Intel i5-13400F, and 32 GB RAM. With hardware like that, a game this simple and undemanding really shouldn't be hovering around 60 FPS and then feeling like it's dropping into the 40s. The performance feels much worse than it should for the visuals and complexity of the game, so optimization definitely needs improvement. Other than that, it was a simple and decent game to complete. Nothing amazing, but not bad either. Completion time: ~4 hours Difficulty: Easy 100% achievements: Easy
I got a good 15-16 hours of gameplay, and for the price, that's not too bad. I really appreciated the "reset" aspect of this simulator since it did a really good job staving off any monotony that can come from late game in sims.
little under 4 hours to complete, fun little game
The game is fun and all but too short. I hope you can add more fun updates maybe an endless mode or mods where we can make our own carpet with our own textures and stuff.
