Great Game, F2P friendly
Edit: I changed this to a recommend, after the dev reached out with changes regarding the level that basically rage baited me I gave it another shot, I finished the campaign and played a bunch of PVP. I can say it is actually pretty fun and satisfying now even though I'm on a losing streak in PVP, getting cooked atm lol I really wanted to like this game, but I ended up uninstalling after part of the campaign. The level where you get overwhelmed until the druids arrive completely killed the fun for me! I’m new to the game so it might be a skill issue, but I tried multiple premade decks and still couldn’t beat it. The closest I got was with a deck I built myself. After losing 8+ times (because it seems like not only your castle but Brynjolf must also survive every mission), the final straw was with Brynjolf’s chain lightning attack. I buffed him with +4/+4 and used it on a 2/1 skunk so it would chain through the enemies behind it. It wiped out a huge chunk of the board… and somehow killed me too while I still had about 15 health. After that, I didn’t even feel like trying multiplayer.

Its okay might as well try it out
Never played the previous Cards & Castles games but I tried this one the day it came out. I've ended up playing it every single day since then, not even just for dailies because I could save those up but instead I just enjoy playing the game everyday. It's replaced Hearthstone as my go to TCG. I love the way this game handles the board and unit positioning, it feels deeper than Hearthstone and less serious than Hearthstone at the same time. I'm a big fan of the ways in which stuff can get a little crazy here. The Rampage and Cleave mechanics make great use of the way the board works here. It's pretty viable to be Free To Play here too so I'd recommend just giving it a go if you like card games. Leaving a review simply because the only negative is it would be cooler with a bigger playerbase, so maybe this contributes to that :3
very good
Nice quick game. Free to play, so give it a try.
After 50 hours and countless decks made I have to say the team over at Red Teams Games, has unlocked a new addiction for me and that would be Cards and Castles. The progression through unlocking cards to the campaign and even the absolutely 0 toxic online battle where you and another player fight to destroy each others castle while summoning knights, dragons, chickens, books and so much more. The countless replay ability is something to marvel at because even at 50 hours in, I feel as though I am still seeing new combos and new deck ideas. I would give this game an absolute hard 8/10
I really enjoyed this game. The combos feel very powerful yet most of them have some sort of counterplay, I like how cartoony the artstyle is, and this game is pretty fun to play with friends. I'm usually not one to spend money on in app purchases but I decided to buy one to support this.
Bueno, y no te saca los cuartos
A super fun and addicting game
