Too real.....don't get PTSD playing this game.
Really helped me understand what a consultant does
I thoroughly enjoyed the gameplay—fast-paced and impressively reflective of real-world experiences of being a cog in the machine. I’m excited to see if there will be any future updates or DLCs available. It would be great to have more customization options and the addition of a leaderboard for a more competitive edge.

Enjoyed the game a lot, really enjoyed hiring managers. I have become what I swore to destroy.
And I thought Dungeon Keeper was evil.. This game really puts you in the ultra-capitalist mindset. My ideals go out the window as I find myself hiring way too many middle managers, firing sick and sad employees, and unleashing union busting tactics that I utterly deplore in real life. Don't let the cute aesthetic fool you. You will mess up the lives of these cute little guys all so that you can make a little bit more money. All of that is framed by this opening sequence where we see this wolf grow up with hopes and dreams. Every indicator points to this wolf being the protagonist. That through this wolf we will rise up the corporate ranks. But all of that is not to be. The game opens and our protagonist (Wolfie, 22) is just our first of many, identical employees with names and ages that become white noise. Eventually you won’t even be able to pick Wolfie out of the crowd. Who he is doesn’t matter. His hopes and dreams, irrelevant. What matters is that Wolfie doesn’t stop working for a second, no matter how sick or miserable he becomes. Gameplay-wise, we're dealing with an idle clicker that seems very straight forward, but gets deceptively tricky. Being the boss doesn't mean you can just rest on your laurels - you've got to stay on your toes, making sure sure that your upper mangers are screaming at your middle managers, and that your middle managers are screaming at your employees or else you might not have enough money to expand! To manage it all, I had to make sure my APM was on point. I found out about this game at Game-A-Palooza (where I probably hogged the table a little too long), and found out that the creators are Starcraft kids. That totally checks out. I find myself trying out different layouts or tactics each time I hit restart. That plus an upgrade system really helps flesh the experience out. I really like this game. All that said, I do wish it had more content. More upgrades, more bosses to hire, more special scenarios. Right now, I’m at 112 minutes played (plus the time I spent at Game-a-Palooza) and it looks like I’ve almost unlocked everything there is to unlock. Still, it was a really, really good 112 minutes :)
A surprisingly fun mix of Cookie Clicker and corporate dread. The random challenges kept each run fresh and interesting, and the rogue-lite progression made it so I didn't feel so bad when my runs failed. Keeping up with the micro is quite difficult and addictive.
Super fun and fast-paced game with some really lovely art and catchy music!! I love the ironically cute tone - the humour is top-notch, with the consultant description in particular getting a good laugh out of me :D I would recommend this to anyone looking for a genuinely challenging game and an incredibly rewarding (but really actually sad as all hell when you think about it) power-trip-style experience!!
Great game! Love the humor and style. PS: I'm sorry Wolfie...
A simple yet very enjoyable game that is rather fast paced. It is a fine balance of thinking, decision making, and rapid movement that makes for the foundation of the game. I would recommend it to anyone that likes strategy/simulation!
