Call to Arms - Gates of Hell: Ostfront

This is the best WW2 RTS I've ever played and it really has everything that I wished for. A good portion of realism and historical accuracy. Still good balancing. Tactical and strategical depth. Many beautiful and historical accurate single player campaigns and skirmishes who will take you to important battles of WW2 and illustrate how gigantic this conflict was. The multiplayer is also so much fun and you can play all the single player battles as a coop with friends if you want - that's a big bonus. But the best thing is the dynamic campaign where you can actually research and grow your army over the course of battles. Consisting of a map where you will have one battle after another, both offensive and defensive battles going on. You will have to manage supplies, how you grow your army and their abilities, the individual men will gain experience that is lost when they die and you are constantly remodelling your combat units you will take to battle after every fight to pick the best setup for the mission. You can loot and transfer weapons and really micro-manaage everything if you want to, but you don't have to. Around 20 years agomy journey started with company of heroes and I played almost every WW2 RTS eversince and also many other RTS games and this is my favourite of all.
