Pro version is worth it the custom visual indicators alone. And recently the dev added an experimental feature that allows the indicators to follow your chaperone as opposed to SteamVR's center, so for those who use OVR's Playspace Mover it's so nice.

The way that this app in its purest form works is that - when you turn too much to the right, you hear a sound into your right ear, and - when you turn too much to the left, you hear a sound into your left ear I confirm that this app works great our of the box. The only reason that I don't use it is because I actually don't need it (owning a quest 2). If you have a cabled connection, this is definitely a great app to get.
