Very simple game. You complete puzzles to get to the next level and complete another puzzle, the whole thing twelve times, 24 if you count the DLC. The puzzles are very simple, around 6 times 4 pieces each time. The pieces snap to the board, which is a bit disappointing, since you can't make any mistakes. The art is pretty basic. Not really my cup of tea. The story is pretty simple and a little stupid if you ask me. All in all, I would recommend this game to people who like puzzle games with a little spice. But I would look at the artstyle before buying the game, in case you don't like it.

Ачивки собраны, скрины наделаны, нужен ли серьёзный обзор на эту игру? Не думаю..

Bunny Girl Story is a small-scale, character-focused narrative game developed and published by Hunny Bunny Studio that blends light puzzle mechanics with a gentle slice-of-life story. Rather than aiming for complexity or mechanical depth, the game positions itself as a relaxed, emotionally driven experience, inviting players to spend time with a single protagonist and gradually uncover her inner world through calm interaction and visual storytelling. Its design philosophy is rooted in accessibility and mood, making it less about challenge and more about quiet engagement. The narrative centers on a young woman working as a bunny girl performer at a club, whose outwardly cheerful routine contrasts with her more private feelings of loneliness, uncertainty, and desire for connection. The story unfolds in small, intimate moments rather than dramatic plot twists, focusing on everyday experiences, fleeting emotions, and personal reflections. This grounded approach gives the game a surprisingly relatable tone, as it explores themes of self-worth, isolation, and emotional vulnerability without resorting to melodrama. The protagonist is not portrayed as an idealized fantasy figure, but as a person navigating routine, work, and quiet longing. Gameplay is intentionally simple and serves primarily as a vehicle for narrative progression. Each segment presents a jigsaw-style puzzle that the player must complete to reveal an illustration tied to the story. These puzzles are neither difficult nor time-sensitive, allowing players to engage at their own pace. The act of assembling images encourages close observation of character expressions, body language, and environment details, reinforcing emotional context through visual focus. Rather than interrupting the narrative, the puzzle mechanics slow it down, creating moments of pause that align with the reflective tone of the story. Visually, Bunny Girl Story adopts a soft anime-inspired art style that emphasizes warmth and expressiveness over high detail or technical flourish. Character illustrations are clean and approachable, with gentle color palettes that contribute to a cozy, almost melancholic atmosphere. Backgrounds are simple but effective, framing scenes without overwhelming them. The presentation feels intimate, as if the game is inviting the player into a quiet corner of the protagonist’s life rather than placing them in a bustling, expansive world. The audio design supports this mood with understated music and minimal sound effects. Background tracks are calm and unobtrusive, designed to complement the emotional beats rather than dictate them. This restraint helps maintain immersion, especially during longer puzzle segments, and reinforces the game’s relaxed pacing. Silence is used effectively as well, allowing some scenes to breathe and giving weight to moments of introspection. Structurally, the experience is linear, with no branching choices or alternate endings. This makes Bunny Girl Story closer to a kinetic visual novel than an interactive decision-based narrative. While this limits replayability from a mechanical standpoint, it allows the developers to tightly control pacing and emotional flow. The story is concise and can be completed in a single sitting, making it well-suited for players looking for a short, self-contained experience rather than a long-term commitment. The game also offers optional extras unlocked through completion, such as bonus illustrations or lighthearted supplementary content, which serve as small rewards without altering the tone of the main story. Additionally, there is optional adult-oriented DLC available separately, clearly marked and not required to experience the core narrative. The base game stands on its own as a complete experience focused on character and mood rather than explicit content. Ultimately, Bunny Girl Story succeeds by understanding its scope and leaning fully into it. It does not attempt to deliver complex systems, deep gameplay mechanics, or sprawling narratives. Instead, it offers a gentle, emotionally resonant vignette built around a single character and her inner life. For players who enjoy visual novels, casual puzzle games, or quiet stories centered on emotion and atmosphere, it provides a modest but sincere experience that lingers more through feeling than spectacle.
