The game is an okay premise but isn't executed very well. There's a lot of issues I found in my short time playing this game and I just didn't enjoy it. First off, the game has really bad optimisation. It doesn't have a built in cap of how much of your GPU it will use, and will attempt to use as much of your GPU as it possibly can, regardless if it needs it or not. Uses 100% of my mid-high end GPU if I don't use external programs to cap it. The visibility/clarity in the game is really bad. It's difficult to see what's happening at times because the camera angles are quite bad, tons of effects such as blood, bullets and whatnot make it very difficult to dodge or avoid enemy attacks, and it's very difficult in some aspects to tell what to do next or how to progress because doors and buttons will be hidden because of the poor camera angles. Finally, kills are very unsatisfying and the game feels very stale and boring. I definitely appreciate the decent amount of content that is present for a prologue/demo of a game, but it doesn't really help when the game itself is quite dull. Honestly, the game could probably be a solid game with some tweaking, but I don't recommend playing this prologue. I doubt they will be adding fixes and stuff to this and will be focusing on the main release, so, you can keep your eye out for the full release and see if they improve on these aspects, but if they don't, probably stay away from this game entirely.

kinda fun, bloody, FREE! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3kw71jfvYg
It's enjoyable but gets to be pretty repetitive.
[/strike]
"Bullet Runner: The First Slaughter" is Bullet Runner: The First Slaughter isn't a game at all, it's just an ad for Bullet Runner. Talk about store pollution... Misleading marketing like this is an abuse of the Steam storefront and the "free" category. The product this is advertising, Bullet Runner: The First Slaughter is a very poorly made console tier twin stick shooter featuring low poly 2.5D rendering and pixelcrap billboarded sprites... hot garbage, basically.... but that's not really relevant, because this isn't Bullet Runner, it's just an advert for it! Incorrectly published adverts are harmful.. they take up visibility that should instead be afforded to ethical developers who do the right thing. And it makes it harder for us to find those ethically made games. Valve provides a specific way to handle demos, free trials and advertisments. It is clearly outlined in the Steamworks Documentation... something I would say is mandatory reading before anyone thinks about abusing Steam Direct. This "developer" either didn't responsibly try to understand Steam, or worse, deliberately and wilfully chose to ignore the correct process just to pollute Steam with for-profit advertising. Either way, this is unprofessional and bad for gamers, and here we are, looking at an advert. The purpose of this advertisement is to get you to shell out a whopping $15 USD on buying Bullet Runner, and I don't recommend you do that either. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. As an advertisement, this is only free in the same way that adverts on Youtube and banner ads in your browser are. This is a game demo that's been dumped on Steam to advertise another Steam store page in the hopes of raking in some cash. Just because advertisements are free, doesn't mean they're worth your time. It's important to understand there's a formal process to create a demo/page for a game which hasn't been followed here: https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/store/application/demos While it might seem like an innocuous mistake, publishing demos and advertisements as if they are full games is misleading and in some ways harmful. This advertisement is taking up marketing space and visibility that would be better made available to a developer that's done the right thing and created a full game. Instead, that visibility is given over to a demo/advert that's been published incorrectly and is polluting the marketplace. It's unclear if this mistake was made through incompetence or a deliberate intent to mislead gamers. Often developers may choose to incorrectly publish demo/advertisements as separate games as a cheap way to bypass paying Valve for marketing presence on the Steam front page, which may seem clever to them, but it's harmful behaviour and it's not good for gamers. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 130 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB shows this peaked at only 15 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Advertisements and incorrectly published demos don't add +1 to your game collector count, they aren't full games. It's impossible for me to recommend this incorrectly published advertising spam to gamers, you deserve better than adverts.
Excelente :D
Nota: 5/10
