UPDATE: Okay, so we find out some more information from this developer. And I was wrong with linking the asset kit I thought he directly flipped as the bricks and paddle are EXACTLY THE SAME SPRITES. Still, if he only used sprites in a Game Maker game that he coded himself, then technically, this IS NOT A DIRECT ASSET FLIP. So I apologize for that incorrect information. However, in my video and believe I stated that the free asset kit on Unity probably played and worked better than what he was selling here on Steam. And I hold by that because THIS GAME HE MADE WITH THE FREE ASSETS PLAYS TERRIBLY WITH LAGGY COLLISIONS AND GAMEPLAY THAT IS NOT SMOOTH OR FUN. I will however give him credit for coding the game himself in GameMaker which also explains why the game didn't pop up the standard Unity launcher. So let me change my original score from a 0 (for flipping an asset kit on Unity) to a score now of a 1 out of 10.. because even though he just used the assets from the free Unity kit, honestly.. he SHOULD have just flipped the Unity asset kit he took the assets from as it very likely played and worked ten times better than what he is now selling with his own code. Still, NOT RECOMMENDED. Still..NOT worth the 99 cents. But I wanted to apologize and correct this review. I'll leave my original review exactly as it was below so you can see everything and my initial thoughts. ----------- ORIGINAL REVIEW --------------- I want to thank the developer for kindly giving me a free evaluation key to this game and I can only assume in hopes that a free key would earn him a higher score on my grading scale and this review here... Intead.. I give this game a BIG FAT ZERO! Why? Because this developer did NOTHING except change the name of a FREE ASSET KIT on the Unity Asset Store and claim it as his own work and game to sell here! This game is STOLEN from HERE: https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/?stay#!/content/107757 My Video First Impressions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oqWRab95LLM&feature=youtu.be LoadUpGames is nothing but yet another in the long line of corrupt asset flippers flooding Steam with zero effort stolen trash. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
asset flip..seen proof from another review from Zaxtor99 ('YT'). I thank him for the info. Link in case you missed it. https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/?stay#!/content/107757 The dev didn't bother perfecting it either. The first time i played, there is a storyline..the end of it a guy is laughing and this carries on into the game..was annoying. I had to restart the game and it stopped, thank goodness. The controls..you try to move the paddle a little and it moves a lot. I wouldn't recommend this game and I won't be buying 3 which is coming out on the 22. This dev really wants to have a quick cash grab. Do not buy.
Awsome game lots of fun well made great value on the pricei would recommend it to others A+
This game is awesome!!!!! totally recommend it.
Baton instable, injouable.
Gutes Spiel Edit:Ist aber Leider ab Level 26 nicht mehr Spielbar weil zwei Blöcke ausserhalb der Map sind (also bei mir aufjedenfall)
The paddle cannot be controlled by the mouse, and does not move seamlessly. Also, glitches occur regularly that speed up the ball so you automatically lose a life.
pretty boring and terrible game. buy it if you want but overall its not smth fun
