Recommended. Not a bad little H game for 7.99 (less on sale) at all. It still has some bugs (and quirks) but they have continued to improve and work on it from player suggestions and bug reporting. The tutorial works to show you how to play as you find the pieces of it - BUT you have to find the pieces and figure out how they go together. I am working on a guide in English to help with that. I think way more people would try and enjoy the game if they could figure out how it works and what they need to do in the game. It *IS* a Chinese H game so the translations are what you would expect them to be. The sprites are fairly simple, the pictures and video short loops are cartoon quality and not censored but for some reason the Player Sprite is. All the animations, actions, pictures, and videos can be replayed either through repeating events(theater) or with an in game HD Camera/computer you have in game. You do have to acquire the HD camera first BUT you can then get the pics and videos at any future point. Multiple women (12), multiple picture/video loop/theatre, and actions, for each. Some NTR and group. Running through their promo video and pics will give you a good idea of what it looks and plays like. A combo of 'adventure quest' problem solving, hospital management mechanics, researching & building out rooms and skills, time management, and H game looking for 'love' (or just deviancy). Has some 'grinding' to raise reputation & cash, develop skills for you and characters, doing research to develop new things - but all development/time management games do and you can do different things with multiple characters all at once to deal with the worst of it. Recommended.
