Blue Fox

Blue Fox is a 2D top down shooter with cutesy animal art aimed at children. Run around brightly coloured low-fi maps and shoot stuff, collect little flags and so on. This was slapped together with the godawful Construct 2 game construction kit, which seems to exist purely to make GameMaker Studio look slightly better than the pure garbage it really is. Anyway, using a game construction kit requires no talent and results in games that have little to no quality or merit as properly designed video games. Construct 2 is a terrible engine and likewise results in terrible games. Blue Fox 2 is no exception, with clunky gameplay, locked resolution and controls, and is overall really shallow. While this is aimed at children, the very low quality of the game might traumatise them, so I can't recommend this.

Well, I guess on the positive side of things the game didn't implode while playing it. Unfortunately my mind was melting while doing so, so this will be a pass for me.

Excelente jogo, aparenta ser simples, mas requer muito cuidado e estratégia para não gastar toda a munição. A trilha sonora é impecável e a movimentação do personagem é OK, as vezes um pouco travada mas nada que impeça a gameplay. O jogo tem bastantes cenários com inimigos diversos e um nível de dificuldade razoável, as quests são bastantes simples, tornando a gameplay agradável.

O jogo é muito bom. As fases não são tão fáceis de passar como parece. Perdi a noção do tempo jogando. Não consegui achar os espiões das fases, mas isso não impede o progresso no jogo. Recomendo!
