Another Steam scam, I mean, developers scam. This game was fine while in early access, it looked polished and honestly almost done, and it was very very fun. I enjoyed it for more than 20 hours, and then unistalled it waiting for full release to come back to it. However, they stopped the development and kept it in early access forever. The devs abandoned the game, the server and ignored the community for more than a year. So these OUTSMART developers turned out to be great scammers. Currently the online server is OFF permanently, and it will be this way. And the game could only be played ONLINE —doesn't have offline mode—, so the game has ended in early access before the release, it is not playable, it doesn't launch, and won't ever be. AND there are even worse news: the game still appears in Steam. AND the developers are still selling it from their website, a fraud in its highest form.
0/10! DO NOT BUY THIS GAME! Developers have abandoned the game and shutdown the servers. The game doesn't work offline. Game is dead it should be removed from steam.

NOTE: This is a EA review. BE aware of this First off, from the look of it, this game appears to be abadonware, but as steam user "Prepare Ur Anus" suggested, the servers are online, so it is possible someone on the other end is still taking care of this game..even if that is so, i still will keep this negative because of the slowness of the updates. The last update was in august last year in 2016. That means this game might stay in EA forever, but that does not make it a bad game. In fact, the game is quite fun, if a little unpolished. Second off, this game is a interesting mix of RPG side scrolling and puzzles. This really reminds me of puzzle kingdoms, which i played on the WII quite some time ago. Anyways, here is my breakdown of the game: PROs: `Mix of RPG mechanics and Puzzle games. Similiar to how Puzzle Kingdoms play `Level up characters to make them stronger `You can gift to your friends items or other things that make them stronger `Daily quests CONs: `Slow updates, and due to being in EA. This does not mean the game cannot be played. `Unpolished `You are forced to play this game online due to being all the time online(this does not bother me, but it could bother other players, so i posted this as a negative!). Also, as below steam user "Prepare Ur Anus" stated, someone is keeping the servers online, so the developers are still there! UPDATDED: Severs will be shut down in august 31st..now this is a very big NEGATIVE! My final Thoughts: Recommended if you like rpg games and puzzle games. Not recommended because the game appears abadoned. It might be forever stuck in EA obscurity. Because it is stuck in EA, and it does not seem the developers are going to work on this again for a long time, i have to give this a negative. Good games have suffered from this before, as i mentioned in another one of my reviews.
Requires an online account, but the servers were shut down on August 31, 2017. This means that the game is no longer playable, not even in singleplayer mode. A pity, I would have liked to play the game even longer, because it was fun. Dear developers, please publish a remake of the game without online connectivity or an offline patch for the existing game, thank you :-) https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=907050448

At first, I had a really good time with this game. The idea is fresh and original. However, there is no real depth to it. The "challenge" of the game is not really a skill based at all, but is instead left to total chance. Case in point, it's nearly impossible to finish the first world without getting a lucky roll for gear. So you are left grinding and grinding and grinding, hoping for a lucky roll on a random gear generator. After a three hours of this, I got tired of it. The drop rates are way too low and the game loses its fun after a short time. So it's not worth buying this game, as the actual gameplay is severely limited. You'd be better of playing a free flash game for the same effect. The fun lasts about as long.
The game apparently is unplayable now thanks to the servers being shut down. Disappointing.
A mix of Legend of Fae (for the horizontally-scrolling battle system + tile-matching at the bottom) and Heroes of Hellas (for the hexagon path-based tile matching), this game has neither the charm of the former (on the contrary, it's kinda depressing to look at, not really the kind of mood I'd put into a match-3 game!) nor the beauty or interesting mechanics of the latter. I've only played a dozen levels, but it's so boring... and forcing us to do matches as quickly as possible removes all planning. All you gotta do is make combos and occasionally click one of those 'spell' icons. The rest is just random damage numbers that you won't be reading anyway because you don't have time for that. The crafting stuff is amusing for a minute, but it doesn't a game make. But the real killer here is that IF YOU DON'T HAVE A 1080P+ MONITOR, YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT IT! The game is absolutely unplayable in a lower resolution. It's pretty simple, the font is so small and blurry that I have to make guesses at what the text is trying to say. It's not on the level of Witcher 3, it's an entirely new levels that makes a game unplayable if you don't pull out your magnifier. And who's got time to do that on *timed battles*?! No thank you.
Game no longer runs.
I enjoyed it while it lasted, but it's unplayable now. The devs killed the game and refused to make an offline patch, so I can't finish it now, even though I have paid for the full content. Business problems or not, this is no way of treating the gaming community. The devs suck!
