About

Early in the 23rd century, years of anarchy turned the planet into a violent wasteland. Civilization withdrew to the planet's remote areas and established Outposts.
To keep the economy running, raids are organized into the Wasteland to gather supplies, valuables, and weapons. These raids are known as Blood Runs due to their brutality and high risk.
Those who undertake these raids go by the name Blood Runners.
With a randomly generated world, no two runs will be the same. Explore the maps, each with unique locations featuring constantly changing environments, randomized loot locations, and layouts. Learn to navigate the wasteland and survive long enough to uncover the secrets of each map.
Raid the wastelands in a way that matches your playstyle. With over 40 modular guns, you can mix and match to make yourself the most formidable Blood Runner in the wasteland. Spec into recoil control and accuracy for the calculated and methodical, or choose the run and gun approach with high-damage and ergonomics.
Between runs, you'll explore Outpost 072 and embark on various quests that take you through the world. You'll uncover secrets and stories about the world by meeting intriguing characters. Daily quests and bounties keep the game fresh, with new challenges each day. With over 230 unique items to collect, you can craft new items, upgrade your base, and trade with merchants.
Level up to unlock skill points, which can be spent on levelling up skills, giving you a distinct edge in the wasteland. Craft new building units and decorations to make your base unique to you. Level up building units to unlock crafting recipes, repairing, permanent perks, and storage space.

The is a difficult yes to give. The game can be genuinely fun and feel good in moments: Extraction/looting seems good, music and visual are great, and the game is difficult as hell if you rush straight into combat, gotta think and use disguises to slip by enemy line, very fun. There are a few too many cons for me to consider this game great, however: Most npc only have 1/2 quest for you, forever. There are bounties and daily quests to do for continued rep and monetary rewards, but it's got no substance, "Go here, do this, kill this guy, pick these things up," it doesn't really lead anywhere, just a thing to do for some money. There are *several* quality of life features that slipped past the radar on this one: Ctrl-clicking doesn't stack piles, if the one you're trying to add has too many for the original pile. For example: I have 17/20 screw in a pile, I click to add another pile, and it takes whatever the value was and puts it into a different pile, and does not add 17 to make it 20. This is the least of my concerns. Stated earlier the content well runs dry really quickly, and you'll mostly just be killing people for fun, and not for profit or progress after a few hours, I've got all my home stuff at tier 2/3 for most modules and I'm only now getting to the 2nd zone for the first time. Almost done, and I haven't finished 3/4 of what the game has to offer in terms of content. The legibility is very difficult, at best, sometimes. I got stuck on a fence that was a few pixels wide on one of my earlier runs, because I didn't see the fence at all through a tree. I also died immediately another run because a drone was standing next to a cliff, and was obscured by it, because I wasn't close enough to make the background become transparent, I didn't know what was shooting at me before I just... died. QoL needs are complete overhaul, You have to physically hold materials in order to use them, can't use what you have stored in the cache to build/repair, and you have to manually stack everything because it doesn't do it on its own. I'm torn: I'm having fun some of the times, and then getting *really* upset over somethings that *should* have been address in the last year since 1.0 Take it as you may, it's a mixed bag of fun, imo
First impressions are this game is great. I love the art style, the economy, the various vendors that you can build relationships with and quest for. I just would really love to see some quality of life changes. 1. Easier repair, please just add a repair all/ heal all button like every other extraction shooter for when you're out of raid. That way you just heal and repair for currency at a vendor or something instead of getting materials every single time. Or at the very least make it so you can repair at the bench with your armor and weapons equipped and the materials will pull from stash. 2. More quest info in the quest menu. It'd be nice to at least have the quest have text that tell you who gave you it, not just the vendor symbol. 3. I don't think the inventory sort option works well at all. 4. Hub area teleports? It gets old walking all over the hub every single time I need to sleep or sell or stash. The hub is pretty big, it'd be much more convenient.
AS THIS GAME IS STILL EARLY IN ITS LAUNCH SOME QOL CHANGES ARE STILL DRASTICALLY NEEDED SUCH AS QUESTS ICONS AND SUCH FOR NPC'S, ONE OF THE BIGGEST SYSTEMS THAT IMO SHOULD GET SOME IMMEDIATE CARE FOR IS THE HEALTH/HEALING (AS WELL AS ITS CRAFTING SIDE) SYSTEM, ANOTHER WOULD BE CARE TO ALL THE PRICING FOR BEANS AND BULLET FROM VENDORS NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT YOU CANT ACTUALLY BUY HEALTH AND HEALING ITEMS FROM ANY NPC'S. IF THE HEALTH SYSTEM WAS MORE USER FRIENDLY ID HAVE PUT WAY MORE TIME INTO THIS GAME ALREADY! DONT GET ME WRONG I CRITIQUE THIS BECAUSE I WANT TO SEE HEALTHY CHANGE FOR THIS GAME WITH SOOOO MUCH POTENTIAL. OTHER THAN HEALS ID GIVE IT 7/10 RN.
Love this game. Looking forward to getting more content in the game. I could see this going far.
Fun, pixel art style extraction shooter.

Le jeu n'est clairement pas fini.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Blood Running >> textdata.csv
