Roll around on a wibbly wobbly grid through space. This peaceful puzzler is a 3D twist on a classic 2D game.

Neat little puzzle game you can spend a half hour or so on; it has 15 levels. Some of the mechanics of the game you have to figure out on your own, but it's fairly simple overall imo.
Alles in allem wunderbar fair.

"Blockdown" is a simple mobile-app tier block placement/pathing puzzle game where you move a block around a set of dynamically shaped 3D grids. The objective is to do just the right number of moves to get your "blocks" to the target zone, working out the correct path you have to take. Frankly, Sokoban has more going on in it than this game does, and Sokoban is a Flash game from the 1990s. The developer seriously wanted to be paid money for this. While I couldn't find this on the mobile app stores, everything about it looks and feels like it's a mobile app designed for mobile phones... for PC gaming enthusiasts, it's not going to give you a cutting edge PC gaming experience. That alone is enough to disqualify this from any recommendation. We don't spend thousands building gaming rigs so that we can pretend they're iPhones and play iPhone games and mobile apps. This game features very lacklustre minimalist "art" for graphics instead of anything remotely contemporary. I'm sure the "developer" thought this would come across as "artistic", but it doesn't, it comes across as "really lazy". Yes, contemporary 3D graphics take a lot of time and effort to create. That doesn't mean it's okay not to bother! Developers must try to understand that gaming is a visual medium, and gamers spend a lot of money on high end gaming rigs for a reason. And that reason is not so they can look at lazy, phoned-in half efforts like this. This game is fairly dated at 5 years old... and even back then it looked old and busted compared to contemporary, professionally made 3D games of the same period. It looked bad then, it looks worse now. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. There's no initial download price, but the developer was charging $5 USD for this. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It seems like a nice gesture for the game to have no up-front cost anymore, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. This is also a bit of a slap in the face to anyone who showed enough questionable judgement to pay money for this... nobody got refunded. A peak of 2 concurrent players (according to SteamDB) for a "free" game is a disastrous public reception. Out of 130 million potential players here on Steam, almost nobody was interested. Even though this is "free". That level of rejection speaks a lot for the quality of the game. This "free" game won't count toward your game collection count on your profile. With that in mind, is it something you should still download? I think you should give this one a miss. Although it's free, your time and storage are valuable resources, and the market is filled with superior options. There are over 140,000 games on Steam, not every one of them is a hidden gem. I'm here to help gamers find the ones that actually matter in that sea of Steam Direct self-published mess. If you don't agree with my findings in this review, you should definitely download it and play it to see for yourself. I'm happy to have helped you make an informed choice, regardless of the outcome.
Blockdown is a very good game, even thought it currently has only 15 levels, thats just the beginning, the levels are a perfect balance of hard and easy, and the game is good to relax your brain. Also, there are different types of tiles, wiggly tiles(which you cant stand on), circle tiles(where you need to touch the tile), and x tiles(where you need to stand on). so in general, this is a really good game with a lot of content and is worth the 5$.
A very unique game with amazing visuals, very slick and polished. Excellent use of mobius strip to create these puzzles! "Twizzlers" and "Denver International" were especially fun. "Josephine's conundrum" and the last DNA level were difficult. Hats off to the developer for coming up with these creative puzzles. I preferred using the controller as it offers user control for camera view. The new "undo" feature is useful. Only request is for the game to have more levels.
Before I played Blockdown, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
fun little game, every level introduces new concepts, no filler. Reminds me of the flash game bloxorz.
Nice free game, just wish there were a few more levels
