+ It has a fairly decent difficulty progression. + It's got some decent art style. - 99% of the time you'll die because you're stuck on tiny objects. - Map is way too small to manouver, especially considering the demonic eyes' attack means they'll cut off large parts of the already small map with their ranged area line attack. - Only 3 enemy types. 2 melee and 1 ranged. - You only collect gold to buy relics which grant either another pistol or a dmg increase buff. They all only last for a few seconds. - You have just the single (or dual wielding) weapon.

I wanted to like this, but this seems to have a major graphical bug for some people, making the game almost unplayable (in some peoples case, is unplayable as the game won't even start.) What kind of graphical bug? If you think you will be lucky that the game will work properly for you, might as well give it a go! I was kind of enjoying it... though it was very hard on my eyes doing so. There is other little gripes with it, like it's super easy to get stuck on obsticles and level geometry, which could easily get you killed. There was some audio issues, where enemies would sound like they were not where they were supposed to be, like the enemy could be standing in front of you, and their sounds were coming from behind you. Для студенческого проекта даже слишком хорошо. Геймплей очень драйвовый, музыка прям долбит, визуал тоже вполне интересный. Даже грустно, что такая жемчужина останется собой и не вырастет в полноценную игру. В любом случае, желаю разработчикам творческих успехов <3

I was looking forward to playing this game since I've found quite a bit of gems among free to play games. Unfortunately, the game doesn't want me to play it. As soon as I start it, the screen flickers endlessly until I turn V-sync on. Then, I press start and it freezes on the loading screen and crashes. Looking at the discussions tab, it seems other people were having the same problem, but, given it's a student project, it's no longer being supported, which means it's very likely I won't be able to play it. Blightspire looks good and seems fun. However, I cannot recommend a game I literally cannot play. If somehow in the future they update the game and it starts working, I'll give it a proper chance and, hopefully, recommend it.

Love it.. I like how it was gave a horror touch and as the wave increases your blood pressure also increases haha.. Tried for first time and will try to complete it.. It was a good project result

Espero que o jogo receba mais updates, no momento não dá pra jogar por mais de 20 minutos que já fica entediante

I’m really disappointed. Every time I get close to wave 25 for the achievement, the game crashes. It is happened five times already. My last attempt reached wave 24, and then it crashed again. I’m now leaving a negative review. Edit: Finally beaten wave 25. I had to turn off VSync for the game to stop crashing.
